After calling many companies in the area and being told “we do not reinstall fallen under mount sinks”, I finally landed on Howze Plumbing. I was delighted when the receptionist, Victoria, said they do reinstalls. They were able to get a Plumber here that afternoon. Upon arrival, the technician assigned, Chesney, assessed the job and went over everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. The job was completed, plumbing reinstalled and everything back in visual and working order. Additionally, he also installed braces that should prevent this from happening again. Chesney was polite, quite knowledgeable and very considerate of my working from the home while the repairs were made. I am so happy I found this company and would definitely call again when we are need of a plumbing repair. Thanks again, Chesney for a job well done.

Howze Plumbing fixed a leak and I couldn't be happier with the results. They arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The workspace was left spotless, and the pricing was entirely fair with no hidden fees. These folks are top-notch. Five stars!

We had Howze Plumbing come out to repair a small leak. The leak itself was fixed, but when the job was completed, I discovered that our recirculating pump was no longer working. The pump had been working perfectly fine the day before. I called the company but did not receive a callback. The following morning, they sent a plumber out to look at the issue. I was told that the pump had simply gone out at the same time the leak was repaired—a pretty big coincidence considering it was working without any issues before their visit. They came back with a repair quote of approximately $2,000. I then did my own research and found the same replacement part at Home Depot for around $300 and at Lowe’s for about $409. Their price for what appears to be a widely available part was over $600. Needless to say, we decided not to move forward with the repair. I understand that companies have overhead and labor costs, and I don't expect anyone to work for free, but the overall experience, lack of communication after the initial call, the timing of the pump failure, and the pricing left me with serious concerns. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that homeowners in the Keller area get a second opinion and compare prices before moving forward with any major repair from Howze Plumbing.

Very professional and quick to respond. Communication was excellent. The process of getting gas service after the service had been off for a year required having a professional test the system with permits and then have the county come inspect it before I could get the gas company to start service. Something i wasn't used to being in Florida. Chance, the technician, took care of that, he replaced a couple of old 1970's valves and tested the system and it was all good. He did the work quickly and kept me informed with the county inspection and what I needed to do once it passed. Being out of state, he sent me many photos of his work. The system passed and my service was easy to get started. I recommend them highly.

Chesney and Nick, the installation crew, were knowledgeable, efficient and thorough with our repair. They provided detailed explanations for every step and process in their work. They both had a postive attitude and were pleasant to talk to. Daniel was our first point of contact. He arrived at 4pm and stayed late to diagnose our issue, and also fix problems we were unaware of. He was also extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. We are very satisfied with our experience and service provided. We would definitely recommend Howze for any plumbing issues.
