I had a toilet that wouldn't flush and tried the usual DIY methods to clear what I thought was a blocked sewer line. Joe Ellerd (lead technician) and Chris Beatty from Wirenut solved my problem. It turned out to be a broken sewer line. They had to remove a section of the concrete bathroom floor to expose the break in the sewer line, previously inserting a camera in the line only showed a lot of dirt blocking the way. (See the attached photos.) With the concrete and covering dirt removed, the actual pipe repair was completed quickly. They replaced the pipe with new line from the toilet flange to the break then covered the line with the removed dirt and fresh concrete. Joe came back the next day to reset the toilet on the new flange and run a camera down the line to check for any blockage. The line was clear. Great work, Joe and Chris. I'm a very satisfied Wirenut customer!

This is the second time that Josh has come to our house for our check-up for our HVAC system. I was so glad to see him again. He is polite, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to let us know exactly how our unit was doing and even had some excellent advice. It is rare to see someone so engaged and caring about his job and the people he takes care of. Josh is a gem of a worker, and we're always happy with his service.

I had a great experience with WireNut Electrical. Bobby Cornelius and Dylan came out to my home and were extremely professional from start to finish. They took the time to carefully inspect the aluminum wiring in my house and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was their honesty and professionalism. They didn’t pressure me and made sure I understood the safety concerns, the options available, and what the process would look like moving forward. You can tell they both take pride in their work and genuinely care about helping the customer make the right decision. Bobby and Dylan represented WireNut very well. I appreciate their time, their knowledge, and their respectful attitude while working in my home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Great customer service and professional work. Chance Seymour conducted a thorough inspection of our home’s electrical system and identified areas with safety risk. He ensured I understood WireNut’s recommendations and the reason for specific updates. The, Dylan Jackman led another electrician and completed the contracted work. Dylan was great about explaining each day’s work product and the progress being made. He was quick to assist with any of our questions and go the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the project. Highly recommend this team!

We used WireNut for a furnace and AC check - definitely the plan was worth it. Scott Murray was friendly, dog friendly, and thorough. He checked our AC and Furnace and found some things wrong with it that we had been hearing but couldn't identify. He's coming back with the parts (under warranty) and putting them in! Well done, Scott!
