Last November I had an issue with my furnace in my new home. I called WireNut since they had done the original installation. I was encouraged to join their club and I chose to do so because it saved me money. Members get free electric, HVAC, and plumbing inspections. Last week I had those inspections done. I want to commend all three technicians for their professionalism! Jarred Weaver completed the electrical inspection. He did bring up a few issues for me to consider to get corrected. He provided me with options and estimates for each of those issues so I could take action when my budget allows. Shelton Tillett completed the HVAC Inspection. As I expected, he didn’t find any problems with the four year old furnace or AC. He ensured me that they were functioning properly and even helped me with the best locations for new carbon dioxide alarms. Ryan Werner completed the plumbing inspection. Again as I expected, he found no issues with my plumbing. All three technicians were polite, thorough and answered all of my questions and even offered additional information if they thought it relevant to my inquiries. I’m now confident with the work completed during the recent renovations which included quite a bit of electrical and plumbing work. Bravo WireNut for having such professional technicians on their team!

Caleb assessed our 21-year old furnace showing me the inner workings with camera. The decision was made to keep the 13-year old AC and replace the furnace. It was the correct choice. Caleb had the right personality for customer service! Cannon and Ian installed the furnace, and filled me in on their progress throughout the day. Professional and courteous. Josiah installed the water heater and did fine work. Professional, courteous and friendly.

I had a great experience with WireNut Electrical. Bobby Cornelius and Dylan came out to my home and were extremely professional from start to finish. They took the time to carefully inspect the aluminum wiring in my house and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was their honesty and professionalism. They didn’t pressure me and made sure I understood the safety concerns, the options available, and what the process would look like moving forward. You can tell they both take pride in their work and genuinely care about helping the customer make the right decision. Bobby and Dylan represented WireNut very well. I appreciate their time, their knowledge, and their respectful attitude while working in my home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Franco came to take a look at our furnace for a tune up and diagnosing a small problem. He was very friendly, honest, and professional! He was efficient, and explained every picture and detail to us about what was happening. He laid out our options in simple terms, and made sure we were educated on what to do. We will definitely recommended Wire Nut and Franco for any HVAC needs!

We recently had three chandeliers and three wall sconces installed. Although the bid pricing was more than we expected, our technician Bobby Cornelius was excellent. He did try to apply all discounts possible to alleviate our initial stick shock. From the moment he arrived, Bobby’s warm & engaging personality gave us confidence with our lighting project. His quality of work was outstanding! Bobby went out of his way to guide us through the process which helped greatly with our positioning decisions. Through each step of this project, he was quick with his clean up. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and provided effective communications. Bobby is a shining star for WireNut Home Services.
