Reached out to them through Angie. They responded very quickly via text to confirm an appointment and was there later that day. The tech was professional and polite. I explained the issue to the tech, a leak from a pipe connected to my garbage disposal. The tech examined the unit and noted a missing clamping spring. After I confirmed I didn't have it the tech found it at a nearby Home Depot. The tech said he would have to request permission from his supervisor to wait for the part to be obtained and that he had other appointments to get to. The tech noted it was an easy enough fix and said I'd be saving money on labor obtaining the part and doing the repair myself. I agreed and he proceeded to tighten and secure the garbage disposal before leaving. All I paid for was the cost of him coming out (only $29). Found out later the part he noted to me was not correct and it required tools I also had to purchase to install. After a quick Google search I found and have ordered the correct part and bought the tool needed to install the part. I'm sure WireNut is good at their job, and I appreciate the assistance in confirming where the issue was occurring but given the choice I probably won't call them again.

I had a toilet that wouldn't flush and tried the usual DIY methods to clear what I thought was a blocked sewer line. Joe Ellerd (lead technician) and Chris Beatty from Wirenut solved my problem. It turned out to be a broken sewer line. They had to remove a section of the concrete bathroom floor to expose the break in the sewer line, previously inserting a camera in the line only showed a lot of dirt blocking the way. (See the attached photos.) With the concrete and covering dirt removed, the actual pipe repair was completed quickly. They replaced the pipe with new line from the toilet flange to the break then covered the line with the removed dirt and fresh concrete. Joe came back the next day to reset the toilet on the new flange and run a camera down the line to check for any blockage. The line was clear. Great work, Joe and Chris. I'm a very satisfied Wirenut customer!

We love Wire Nut! 😃 We have had them replace our AC, perform several inspections, and they are always there to answer any questions. We just finished our Electrical inspection with Ricky S. as part of the maintenance plan. Paid nothing for it, he was so nice and professional, and he called out a few items and suggestions that were really good to know! Service is always incredible. The reps are fantastic and so knowledgeable in their departments. We are always very pleased with the work they do and the suggestions they provide. Cannot recommend enough!

Tyler was here this morning to clear a sewer line. he was prompt and efficient. he had a challenging cleanout task. He accomplished the cleanout, with a positive and confident attitude. He did a good job of explaining to me what he was doing and how he was progressing. He was easy to have around and cleaned up after job completion. I will request him for future needs!
