I've worked with Parks for years, always have had great service. They installed both of our units, yes we've had a few issues with them over the years, but it's how they handle them that sets them apart. Consistent, friendly service and doing the right thing. Most recently, Jordan came out as our upstairs unit was not working. Education was great (made me aware of things I'm doing that are hurting our system), along with explaining proposed services professionally. Coming from a service oriented business I appreciated the options, low pressure, quality work and timely service. Great job Jordan getting us squared away.

Brandon from Parks was excellent. I had them come out to check a dryer outlet after noticing black marks on the plug and a burning smell, and it turned out to be a loose wire in the receptacle causing arcing, which is a serious safety issue. They were able to come out the same day, which was impressive. Brandon showed up on time, communicated clearly, and got straight to work. He explained what was happening, showed me the issue, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was safe before leaving. The whole experience felt thorough and efficient. Having someone handle an electrical issue like this and earn my trust means a lot. It’s great knowing I now have a company I can rely on for HVAC and plumbing as well. Just felt like a team I can trust going forward and will definitely be working with them again.

Ezekiel and Austin did a phenomenal job on my plumbing project. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Even though I wasn’t able to be there while the work was being completed, everything was done right, and I received excellent feedback about the quality of their workmanship. It’s refreshing to work with technicians who are courteous, efficient, and committed to doing the job the right way the first time. They represented Parks Plumbing exceptionally well. I highly recommend Parks Plumbing, and I especially want to recognize Ezekiel and Austin for the outstanding service they provided.

I know that it is not always going to be the case, but I called when my converter went out on my A/C unit and they got it done same day. Alberto was great! Personable, professional, nice to my kids. He was in and out and did a great job. Hottest time of the year it was 89 inside my house. It’s been going down ever since he pulled out of the driveway. Great job, will use again, highly recommended.

Total price was exorbitant! Looks like they broke the repair into two billing items. Total price wasn’t officially available until I downloaded the invoice, job finished. Can’t argue with Ralph, the tech because his boss is Steve. Common sense: show up with plumbing parts for a toilet ( a Gerber, as I identified when I called for service), don’t break the bill into two sections actions( 1.,show up then go shopping for parts, 2, charge $ 200 plus for the flush unit and flapper and another $220 plus for attacthing a water hose from the toile tanh to the water pipe at the wall. Also installed a half-turn off/on to replace the push/pull off-on valve. Less than 30 minutes to complete the job ( not counting the hour store trip). Its been 3 days and no verbal response from Steve and his boss. Asked me numerous times to sign up for their momthly plan. DON’T let them do to you what they did to me !
