DeWayne from Parks Plumbing came out today for a service call, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. DeWayne truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that I was completely satisfied with the work. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to providing excellent customer service really stood out. It’s refreshing to have someone take such pride in their work and genuinely care about the customer’s experience. Brandon from Parks was excellent. I had them come out to check a dryer outlet after noticing black marks on the plug and a burning smell, and it turned out to be a loose wire in the receptacle causing arcing, which is a serious safety issue. They were able to come out the same day, which was impressive. Brandon showed up on time, communicated clearly, and got straight to work. He explained what was happening, showed me the issue, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was safe before leaving. The whole experience felt thorough and efficient. Having someone handle an electrical issue like this and earn my trust means a lot. It’s great knowing I now have a company I can rely on for HVAC and plumbing as well. Just felt like a team I can trust going forward and will definitely be working with them again.

Ezekiel and Austin did a phenomenal job on my plumbing project. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Even though I wasn’t able to be there while the work was being completed, everything was done right, and I received excellent feedback about the quality of their workmanship. It’s refreshing to work with technicians who are courteous, efficient, and committed to doing the job the right way the first time. They represented Parks Plumbing exceptionally well. I highly recommend Parks Plumbing, and I especially want to recognize Ezekiel and Austin for the outstanding service they provided.

I know that it is not always going to be the case, but I called when my converter went out on my A/C unit and they got it done same day. Alberto was great! Personable, professional, nice to my kids. He was in and out and did a great job. Hottest time of the year it was 89 inside my house. It’s been going down ever since he pulled out of the driveway. Great job, will use again, highly recommended.

Our air went out Tuesday afternoon around 3, Parks had a tech Marlyn to our house with in a few hours. He was so professional, such a nice man. The AC was completely dead. Wednesday we had two men come out and gave us quotes for a new unit. They were also really professional, I appreciated they kept us in our budget and were not pushy at all about which unit to purchase. We asked a lot of questions and they took the time to explain everything to us. On Thursday Brian and Kyle came out to install our unit. They were amazing! Very respectful, cleaned up any and all mess. They also answered a ton of questions and did not get annoyed. Really nice guys. Parks is a great company and got our air back up and running super fast.
