The control board in the outside unit appeared to be bad so I got in touch with Ace Hardware Home Services to set up an appointment, a very easy process online. Victore came out to check the system and found that the pump in the crawl space was partially blocked. He cleaned the pump and drain lines out which allowed the pump to work properly. Fortunately, it was not a major problem. Victore was able to get it up and running quickly. Afterwards he gave me a few maintenance tips. Thanks Victore. I also want to thank Bobby for coming out previously when I had ductwork issues. He replaced the bad ductwork as well as a blower motor. If I remember correctly, I promised to give him a good review. (Better late than never) Both of these guys are professional, courteous, have good communication skills and know their trade well. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

These guys are AWESOME. Keilen came out and did his best with my 24 year old unit. End of the day, the handler motor and a relay are dead. Too much money to fix it for its age. Keilen was polite and very knowledgeable. I’ll always deal with these guys.

I had a great experience with Ace Hardware Home Services. I have been a member for years now, and have never been disappointed. Antonio showed great customer service while doing one of maintenance checks as well as when he replaced my condensation pump. He was very knowledgeable! As always great service!

We discovered we had a water leak in our basement this morning at 10:00. I called and spoke with Misty, she asked for a few details about our situation and contact information made an appointment but told me she would try to get a technician out earlier if possible. Thirty minutes later they’re on the way and within an hour’s time those guys are finished and ready to go on to help someone else! Thank you so very much!! That’s service I am happy to pay for today!

Samuel came out on his way home to answer our after hours call. Our motor fan was broken and he had to come back the next morning to do repair. He came in on his day off to provide exceptional service to ensure that we had air conditioning in the hundred degree weather and the start of the Fourth of July holiday. Samuel proved that he was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that our family had a great holiday weekend and that he truly cares about his job and his customers! We would welcome him onto our home again!
