Victore Hammett did me a big favor today! He found a serious installation error made by my builder when my HVAC system was installed 3 years ago. There was hidden damage concealed behind a panel that clearly indicates the unit was DROPPED, inflicting severe structural damage. There was a huge gap between the blower unit and the heat exchanger. Victore's photo evidence was exactly what I needed to pursue a remedy with the builder. ACE Home Services is highly recommended!

Samuel has worked on our system multiple times usually just for maintenance. However, on this occasion, he went above and beyond, making sure that we had a air-conditioning unit in our bedroom so that we would not be uncomfortable over the weekend. As promised, he returned on Monday with the part he had ordered on Friday afternoon. It was installed quickly and efficiently. He is always respectful of our property and home. He is always pleasant and looks out for our best interest

First time using Ace Home Service. They got to us right away after we called.Bryce was nice and professional, explained all that needed to be done. He was neat in the work he did and left the area clean when he finished. We would call them again if we had a need.
