We had a great experience! We had an emergency with our AC, and they were able to send a technician the very same day. They got our system back up and running quickly, which was such a relief. Our technician, Michael Prince, was professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain the problem, showed me exactly what was wrong, and answered all of my questions. Best of all, he was able to repair the AC during that visit, so we didn’t have to wait for a follow-up appointment. Our system has been running perfectly ever since. I highly recommend their service for their prompt response, excellent communication, and quality workmanship!

These guys are AWESOME. Keilen came out and did his best with my 24 year old unit. End of the day, the handler motor and a relay are dead. Too much money to fix it for its age. Keilen was polite and very knowledgeable. I’ll always deal with these guys.

Excellent Service . Troy Sheaffer is ACE Technician providing service FOR our HVAC units for the past few years. ​He delivers consistent service, notify us about arrivals, shows up on time ready to provide maintenance and doesn't start providing service until ask how we are doing and if there is anything wrong with our HVAC system. He thoroughly checks every detail on our HVAC system and completes the job start to finish. ​Troy is wonderful! He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make any recommendation if needed. Troy communicates very well, respectful, attentive, and very professional. We are happy to have him as Service Tech through ACE Home Services..

Samuel Gentry was the service technician that came to my home. He was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and explained everything I. A way they was easy to understand. I would recommend Ace Hardware to my family and my friends. You won’t be disappointed. It was very obvious that they are not about the money, they are about providing you with their service. I’ve had a lot of people over the years work on my heating and air units and no one compared to Samuel. Give him a call their pricing is very reasonable.
