Wenbrooke showed up same day as when I called after our heater stopped working in frigid temps a couple weeks ago. Derek was professional and quickly assessed the issue. The part we needed was ordered and obtained by the next day. Derek came back out with the part and promptly fixed our heater. We were so grateful to have a warm home again. Price wasn't cheap but we opted for a pricier fix to reduce the likelihood of the issue from happening again. Very happy with the service.

The service from Wenbrooke was excellent. Our AC broke down in the middle of a very hot summer day and Wenbrooke sent someone within 2 hours of my call. Jeff did a very comprehensive inspection and was extremely knowledgeable. He was thorough, patient, and explained what happened and what needed to be done. Just a very kind person. Very happy with his service.

8/13: Kevin was polite and knew his job well when he came over to provide an estimate for multiple small jobs. He gave cheaper options and the benefits and costs of higher options. I will request for him when I get the parts and schedule the follow up appointment 9/16: Zachary was very polite and brought along a helper, Eli, who he was training. They did the job quickly, though could not finish the lighting replacement because I had bought the wrong type of bulbs. Did everything else so I just have to put in the new bulbs and replace the cover. Great experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m very grateful to Jamie from Wenbrooke Services. He came out to address what we thought was a plumbing problem, but after carefully inspecting everything, he determined that the issue was actually electrical. He also took the time to explain how to maintain my systems regularly and help prevent future problems. What impressed me most was his honesty. Rather than performing unnecessary work, Jamie returned the materials he had purchased, saving me over $2,000. He then connected me with the appropriate department to resolve the electrical issue. It’s rare to find someone so honest and genuinely committed to doing what’s best for the customer. Jamie is a true professional, and I highly recommend him!
