Zachary came out to check my main breaker as it was tripping a lot, for unknown reasons. He did an excellant job explaining to me that my pannel board of approx. 54 years old will need an upgrade. As well as showing spots of concern on the buss bars. He gave me very good prices on pannel upgrades. He was able to get power temporarily restored until the new main comes in on account the old one lost a leg / phaze. He stayed way past his quitting time to make sure I had power. When the time comes for me to upgrade my pannel board I will deff. Call wenbrooke and request Zachary. Thank you ;-)

From quoting by Josh to the work performed and managed by Zach, I am very pleased. I changed the plan before they started to add an EV charging unit and they adjusted quickly. They ensured all was very neatly installed and to code. It was tricky running a line from the main, but they were able to do it with only two small holes in the ceiling which they were able to put the pieces back. I can now reassemble my work shop after moving and not worry about tripping a breaker.

Highly recommend Wenbrooke - Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for their exceptional service installing an EV charger in our garage. Kevin did a phenomenal job including the handling of he electrical permit for a fully compliant installation, running the wiring neatly through the drywall, and installing the breaker.

Wenbrooke showed up same day as when I called after our heater stopped working in frigid temps a couple weeks ago. Derek was professional and quickly assessed the issue. The part we needed was ordered and obtained by the next day. Derek came back out with the part and promptly fixed our heater. We were so grateful to have a warm home again. Price wasn't cheap but we opted for a pricier fix to reduce the likelihood of the issue from happening again. Very happy with the service.

I’m very excited to use my new heating and air conditioning system installed today. I received a text message at 6:45 am stating my installer was on his way. Thomas arrived by 8 and started working after confirming with me what was being installed. Andy showed up not too long after and got right to work. Both men worked quietly and steady until all was finished, around 4:30. Thomas walked me through the new thermostat programming and using the app on my phone. He then explained what I need to do to keep the humidifier clean when using it in conjunction with the heat. They had to modify the original plan for my ductwork because there wasn’t enough ceiling space but Thomas offered a suggestion if I find my basement still isn’t warm enough next winter. One of my ceiling tiles is permanently sagging because a register wasn’t previously installed correctly. Thomas offered to send someone out to replace it with a new tile, now that the register is properly suspended - (requires special cutting for the register). Prior to leaving Thomas made sure all of my questions were answered and advised me to contact Wenbrooke if I have any additional questions or concerns. He said someone will be calling me to set up a time to have the ceiling tile replaced. Great experience working with Thomas and Andy. I would highly recommend this company for heating and air conditioning.
