Ron and Hayleigh were phenomenal! Extremely professional, quick to fix, honest about options, and the price was fantastic and competitive. Can’t say enough how pleased I am with their visit which consistently of a leak identification and remediation, sump pump replacement and installation, sink plumbing replacement, and clean out valve repair. Thank you for the excellent service.

I highly recommend Corbin from Prime Plumbing! He installed a new toilet at my property today, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Corbin arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He completed the installation efficiently while paying close attention to every detail. The technician was nice, professional, and completed the installation in a very respectable amount of time. He would tell me when he was about to use loud tools, amd he protected my flooring during the removal of the old heater and installation of the new one. This is the second time we have used Prime Plumbings services, and we will continue to go to them for all future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

Came, installed an in-ground sewer pump. Prime were fully paid but then did not finish the job. Three texts over 10 days in the Spring and still waiting for even the common courtesy of one reply! Basically Prime left lots of holes - including one 9’ in circumference - mainly from not filled in septic parts and a long, in l-ground electric cable ditch. Soil removed and missing from under our patio has caused damage - fallen and broken patio stones and concrete! Don’t pay until Prime finished the work!

Willie at Prime Plumbing over delivered! He was punctual, honest, and thorough! He was also friendly and very considerate! His work is superior, and I highly recommend him!
