Our water heater finally stopped working, it had a long and good life (21 years!) i called Len the Plumber first thing in the morning and they were able to send Mark Thompson out later that day. They were accommodating to the late afternoon window of time I needed. Mark took a look at our old water heater and did concur it was time to replace it. It was certainly on borrowed time. Mark gave me quotes for both a 50 gallon and 75 gallon. They do not carry a 60 gallon, which is what I had. I home it was a bit of a sticker shock on the coat of a new water heater, we went with the larger one. Mark did ask if I wanted to join their membership ($16 per month, with a year long minimum) and said it would save me $2000 by doing so. While this did feel like an upscale and one that I felt pressured to accept, I’ll want to figure out how to use this service for the next year. It was unclear to me if they will service my HVAC system as well. Mark was there for about 4 hours, installed the new hot water heater and cleaned up and took away the old one. Thanks LP for being very efficient and responsive.

Our technician James Long was awesome. He helped us get water back into our new home and gave us quotes and suggestions on what we should do to prevent it from happening. Would def recommend as he was very friendly. I would recommend to everyone.

From the moment Walter arrived, his kindness and professionalism and knowledge were evident. He diagnosed the issue pretty quickly, explained everything to me in detail, and worked efficiently to fix it. Even when he had to break the news of the price, he was mindful about it. I had a great experience with Len the Plumber and especially my service technician, Zach Hugel. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was looking at and what he believed was causing the issue with my HVAC system. Zach clearly explained my options, quickly diagnosed the problem, and even went out to get the necessary part. Thanks to his responsiveness and expertise, he was able to get my HVAC system repaired and running again the very same afternoon. I really appreciated his communication, professionalism, and commitment to getting the job done right. I would definitely recommend Len the Plumber and Zach to anyone needing HVAC service.

My water heater was over 20 years old and started leaking so needed a new one. Chuck quoted me and negotiated a little bit more and agreed on price and install. "I have used them for years and was always happy with them even when they would send a really young plumber and I would say “good lord what does he know?” They never disappointed, they were always really good. Then this last time when I was trying to invoke the warranty on the new toilet they installed, they sent out a guy and I told him about the leak. They checked if it was leaking and it did. There was dye coming down, and the water was draining out of the toilet without flushing and the dye was also leaking from the tank into the bowl. I told him both things and all he did was stand and stare at it for fifteen minutes, flushed it a couple of times and looked at it said nothing was wrong with it and left. Then I called, I talked to someone at Len the Plumber, and they said someone would call me back and get the details. They did, and I gave them the story this story right here all over again. That person said “oh someone will get in touch with you.” Which is what the first person had said, and I never heard from them again. They did not change the flapper which was probably all that was needed, except for the draining of the bowl which is probably some sort of valve at the bottom of the toilet. Which would to indicate that the toilet needed to be replaced, and the guy just stared at it for a long time. He agreed with that assessment, although he didn't think anything was wrong with it but all he did was stare at it and said “I have other calls today, so I'm going to go.”"

It was a small tank, and they had to find it. It seemed expensive to me. I had water everywhere, so I had to do it. Bottom line, it was too expensive!"
