A great first experience with Landry Mechanical! Techs Jorge and Matt were professional, knowledgeable, personable and genuinely did a wonderful replacing my old water heater and all the new parts that came with it to bring it to current code. I am extremely happy with the work they did and I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Very happy with the work they have done. It took a couple days longer than what I expected, but at the end, it was done very professional. I’m happy with the technicians that came and did the job and also the supervision of the regional manager I will highly recommend them. All of them deserve five stars, including the follow up and support that they gave me throughout the whole process, thank you very much.

I used this plumbing service a couple of days ago. The quality of the work was good, and the technician was efficient. However, the pricing felt quite high for the amount of time spent. I requested a water valve replacement, which took about 20 minutes and cost $500. They also identified another leaking issue with the sink disposal and replaced it in about half an hour for an additional $1,000. Overall, the work was done well, but the costs were much higher than expected.

The technician was professional, arrived on time, and completed the work efficiently. They removed and reset the toilet, replaced the wax ring, bolts, and supply line, and explained the process clearly. The overall service experience was smooth and the technician was courteous. That said, I was surprised by the overall cost. The estimate came out to about $1,558 for removing/resetting the toilet and installing a new plastic flange. Overall, the service quality was good, but the pricing structure was surprisingly high for the work performed. I would recommend getting multiple quotes before proceeding with similar repairs.

Matt was very personable and knowledgeable. He discussed the options, set clear expectations, and fixed the problem efficiently. Service these days—including plumbing—is never “cheap,” but Landry’s is definitely reasonable and easy to work with. I’m a satisfied customer and will gladly use them again.
