I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, kindness and class that was shown by my install team, Gavin and Kyle. They explained everything and answered all of our questions. They showed respect for my space and cleaned up the area very well. The units also look great! Very good experience with Landry overall so far!

Very happy with the work they have done. It took a couple days longer than what I expected, but at the end, it was done very professional. I’m happy with the technicians that came and did the job and also the supervision of the regional manager I will highly recommend them. All of them deserve five stars, including the follow up and support that they gave me throughout the whole process, thank you very much.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish with Landry HVAC, plumbing and mechanical. Tim L. came out to assess our cooling needs and utilized a LiDAR scanner to ensure that our rooms were properly fitted with the right-sized mini-split units. He addressed every question we had, which set a wonderful tone and made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decision to move forward with Landry. Avah served as our dedicated point of contact, and both she and Tim provided prompt, kind, and clear communication throughout the entire process. Gavin, our lead technician, did an incredible job and is truly a star in his role. He was professional, communicative, and thorough in explaining every step of the installation. We are very pleased with how Gavin and our second technician, Kyle, handled the units, wiring, covers, and the condenser. Gavin provided us with information on how to use, clean and maintain our new mini split units. They were incredibly respectful of our property and took great care to keep our home clean. Additionally, Don the electrician did fantastic work with the electrical components to ensure our system was running safely and smoothly. This was truly the "dream team," and I cannot recommend Landry highly enough. We will certainly utilize them for all maintenance and future services for our home.

JT, Garret, Julian, Don, Demeitri technicians for Landry Mechanical were outstanding, respectful, clean and very friendly. They put in mini splits in our house today, worked diligently and took the time to be very friendly with us. They are a respectable team that knows exactly what needs to be done. We are so happy with these guys who worked very hard and were so respectful even to our dog Rusty. I would highly recommend this team to do anything to my house. Very knowledgeable and efficient, but most of all so respectful and kind. Thank you team for a wonderful experience and service!!!!

It was a pleasure working with Landry mechanical and their crew. Nick the lead in the job was very knowledgeable and explained the install thoroughly. The install of water heaters and whole house water filtration was phenomenally done. The guys installing truly care about their quality of work and the install as a whole. Crispy clean product.
