My experience with Logan from Green Engery was a God send knowledgeable patience detailed listen explain make sure customer understands extremely mathacal as a senior 😊 he took extra time with me great friendly attitude. He was the answered to our prayers since December we've been with issues. Thank Logan happy to have met you! Golden Stars you're one of the best. I called Green Energy AC Heating and Plumbing after work when our heat suddenly stopped in the middle of a cold week. I had searched for ac repair near me and decided to try them because of all the good reviews I saw online. From the first phone call the office staff was friendly, patient and quick to get me on the schedule. They were able to send a technician out the very next morning which felt fast compared to other companies I called before. The tech arrived on time, put shoe covers on without being asked and introduced himself clearly. He explained what he was checking as he went through the furnace and thermostat so I never felt in the dark. Within an hour the system was running again and the house started to warm up. Before charging me he walked me through what he fixed, what might need attention in the future and what was optional instead of pushing a big replacement right away. The price was fair for the amount of work and parts and there were no surprise add ons at the end. While he was here he also answered a few questions I had about future water heater installation and some plumbing services near me that we might need for an upcoming bathroom project. It was clear that this company handles both heating and plumbing every day and that they know older New England houses like mine. The whole visit felt professional but still down to earth which made it much less stressful. Based on this experience I would not hesitate to call them again the next time I need an hvac contractor near me. I am glad I chose Green Energy and I will be back as a repeat customer.

I'll keep this short. Technician spent all day trying to troubleshoot a heat zone issue. Couldn't figure it out and left, stating someone else from the company would look. Left ball valve closed which locked out my boiler. Tried to call them and got 'Andy' the friendly AI agent instead. I should mention this was the third attempt to service my house as the first one was cancelled for unknown reason and the second cancelled because one of their techs hit an ambulance (?!). Had to wait days before another tech came, he spent exactly 3 minutes looking at the system and manually flipped the zone valve switch and said it's needs to be replaced, then suggested I work with him independently (I assume because the company overcharges and underpays their staff and relies on AI for customer support). Buyer beware, but holy smokes can I not recommend this company less. Update: In response to owner reply, show your texts all you want, conversation happened on site so of course they said that. Either way I'm still out of $$$ and your company is still sub par at best. You had every chance to fix this but ignored me so here is the review. Believe what you want folks.

I have been using Green Mechanical for over 10 years. The company’s technicians have always been great. Today Chelsea came to do the yearly service on the heating system. She was on time, efficient, went over details regarding the work being done and any work that I may need to consider in the future. Not only was she great at her job, she was a pleasure of a person. Another great experience with Green Energy Mechanical.

Irvin is the BEST! I cannot recommend Green Energy enough. From the moment Irvin arrived, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our furnace, explain the issues in detail, and walk us through multiple options to address the problem. The level of customer service truly exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find someone who is professional, personable, and trustworthy all in one. Because of this experience, I have full confidence in both Irvin and Green Energy, and I look forward to continuing to work with them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.
