Green Energy helped me put up a new furnace last December. My experience with Brenda over the phone to help me schedule appointments and coordinate with Sales and Operation teams were great! I was also very impressed by the Field Tech team (Tony, Wai Tai, Vendrek, and Derek - they strived and worked so hard together to make sure my family could have a warm winter). All the field technicians were working as a great team providing robust services with multiple visits to rectify the installation problems along with good coordination of admin and tech team under the direction of owner and management to ensure delivery & customer service satisfaction. Although there were some unexpected challenges with critical technical issues throughout the process to get my new furnace up and running, I would like to give Green Energy a Five-Star review.

I'll keep this short. Technician spent all day trying to troubleshoot a heat zone issue. Couldn't figure it out and left, stating someone else from the company would look. Left ball valve closed which locked out my boiler. Tried to call them and got 'Andy' the friendly AI agent instead. I should mention this was the third attempt to service my house as the first one was cancelled for unknown reason and the second cancelled because one of their techs hit an ambulance (?!). Had to wait days before another tech came, he spent exactly 3 minutes looking at the system and manually flipped the zone valve switch and said it's needs to be replaced, then suggested I work with him independently (I assume because the company overcharges and underpays their staff and relies on AI for customer support). Buyer beware, but holy smokes can I not recommend this company less. Update: In response to owner reply, show your texts all you want, conversation happened on site so of course they said that. Either way I'm still out of $$$ and your company is still sub par at best. You had every chance to fix this but ignored me so here is the review. Believe what you want folks.

My service appointment was a great experience. The technician Irvin Andrade was very knowledgeable with my system and gave me great information on how to maintain the entire system and keep it up and running properly. Not only did he maintenance it and clear the error code I was receiving, but he also cleaned the entire system and it looks spotless!

My experience with Logan from Green Engery was a God send knowledgeable patience detailed listen explain make sure customer understands extremely mathacal as a senior 😊 he took extra time with me great friendly attitude. My (very old) water heater started leaking, I gave these guys a call. They weren't able to send someone the same day, but sent a tech (Byron) the very next morning. He was prompt and professional, and walked me through all my options. After that, another tech was able to come later in the day to execute the plan. Paul did the bulk of the plumbing work and Tigga did some electrical work to add a whole house smart shutoff, which I decided to do as part of the same job. Tigga wasn't there long but did a good job explaining that he was going to tap into an existing circuit for a new outlet, so if power is lost I would know about it. I had decided to replace both of my water heaters. Paul spend the whole day doing that, including changing the location of one. He was professional and knowledgable, and his work looks clean and solid. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish, I would recommend any of these techs and would recommend Green Energy in general!
