I'll keep this short. Technician spent all day trying to troubleshoot a heat zone issue. Couldn't figure it out and left, stating someone else from the company would look. Left ball valve closed which locked out my boiler. Tried to call them and got 'Andy' the friendly AI agent instead. I should mention this was the third attempt to service my house as the first one was cancelled for unknown reason and the second cancelled because one of their techs hit an ambulance (?!). Had to wait days before another tech came, he spent exactly 3 minutes looking at the system and manually flipped the zone valve switch and said it's needs to be replaced, then suggested I work with him independently (I assume because the company overcharges and underpays their staff and relies on AI for customer support). Buyer beware, but holy smokes can I not recommend this company less. Update: In response to owner reply, show your texts all you want, conversation happened on site so of course they said that. Either way I'm still out of $$$ and your company is still sub par at best. You had every chance to fix this but ignored me so here is the review. Believe what you want folks.

Mohamed performed a maintenance on our heat pump unit today. He was very personable and clearly explained what he was going to do for overall service and did I have any concerns that needed special attention. Mohamed appeared to be highly knowledgeable about our system. When finished, he went over what he found and told me about our system’s performance. I highly recommend him as a technician for Green Energy.

Irvin is the BEST! I cannot recommend Green Energy enough. From the moment Irvin arrived, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our furnace, explain the issues in detail, and walk us through multiple options to address the problem. The level of customer service truly exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find someone who is professional, personable, and trustworthy all in one. Because of this experience, I have full confidence in both Irvin and Green Energy, and I look forward to continuing to work with them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

⭐️ 1 Star – Completely Unacceptable and Unprofessional I had an appointment scheduled with Green Energy Mechanical HVAC after speaking with a representative who assured me they would come out first thing in the morning to take care of an urgent issue. They were unable to come the day prior, so this was already a rescheduled visit. The technician arrived at the property and then told me he could not find parking and that if parking wasn’t available, the appointment would need to be canceled or rescheduled. I immediately called the office to explain the situation. I was told they could move the appointment to the following day — which makes no sense, as the snow would still be present and the same parking issue would exist. I explained that I have two small children in the home, one of whom has autism, and that temperatures on two floors of my house were dropping toward 60 degrees while it was around 10 degrees outside. This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a winter emergency. After placing me on hold to speak with a manager, the office called back and informed me that they were canceling the appointment entirely and would not be servicing me at all. In the middle of winter, abandoning a family with young children and failing HVAC because of parking is beyond unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic human consideration was shocking. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I would strongly caution anyone against relying on this company when it actually matters.

Green Energy helped me put up a new furnace last December. My experience with Brenda over the phone to help me schedule appointments and coordinate with Sales and Operation teams were great! I was also very impressed by the Field Tech team (Tony, Wai Tai, Vendrek, and Derek - they strived and worked so hard together to make sure my family could have a warm winter). All the field technicians were working as a great team providing robust services with multiple visits to rectify the installation problems along with good coordination of admin and tech team under the direction of owner and management to ensure delivery & customer service satisfaction. Although there were some unexpected challenges with critical technical issues throughout the process to get my new furnace up and running, I would like to give Green Energy a Five-Star review.
