Exceptional service! Jennifer, who was my first contact with Superior Plumbing was friendly, knowledgeable and open to any questions I had. She made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company for our plumbing needs. She sent a picture of Jonathan, our technician, asking with a description of his family, his hobbies, music choices, etc which made the experience more personal. When Jonathan arrived he was friendly, listened well to our concerns and gave us options on how we wanted him to proceed. He was there to help us and did a great job. Superior Plumbing had our business from now on! Thanks Superior for being Superior!!

Thank you to Seth G.for his exceptional service and hard work locating our ceiling leak! Seth diagnosed the problem, fixed it and advised us about another problem that needed to be handled by a different vendor. Tyler, the plumber sent from the company, did a very thorough and efficient job of checking out and evaluating the issue with low flow of water from my 2-month old Gerber kitchen faucet. He also displayed a deep knowledge about plumbing systems in general. He worked quite hard to fix the issue. He was also quite friendly and personable. As things turned out, Tyler and the colleague he was working with on the phone to troubleshoot the low flow, stated that my faucet is a “low flow” variety, so technically it’s working as it should. He did not find a problem or fault with the faucet plumbing. At their suggestion, I will probably try to obtain a 2.2 gallon flow aerator for the faucet, as a low-cost repair option.This has a decent chance of providing at least a somewhat stronger water flow compared to the 1.7 gallon flow I have. From the first call to Superior Plumbing to the point when the plumber was done with the work, my experience was fantastic. Over the years I’ve used Superior Plumbing for projects. My water heater needed to be replaced, something you cannot ignore. Because of a great customer experience with Superior in the past, I called them to help me. I requested Jason H., the young man who did an installation for me three years ago, and I was placed on his schedule for the same day I called. He arrived right on time, evaluated the situation, explained what needed to be done. He was especially clear when explaining changes in "code" since my last water heater was installed 22 years ago, something I appreciate. When the job was done and the water was turned back on, he left the area cleaner that it was before he came in. From the initial conversation with Jenn in the morning to the end of the Jason's masterful installation in the afternoon, the project was handled professionally and efficiently. Special shout out to dispatcher Moe, whose has superior communication skills. Thank you all!
