I used Superior Plumbing and Tucker Campbell in particular for replacing my toilet bowl and water tank installation. I was very impressed with Tucker’s knowledge, professionalism and work. He was swift, organized, clean and impeccable. He was on time, kept me informed and provided wonderful advice. I would recommend him as I would definitely be requesting him again!

Thank you to Seth G.for his exceptional service and hard work locating our ceiling leak! Seth diagnosed the problem, fixed it and advised us about another problem that needed to be handled by a different vendor. Jason did good job of explaining my option. Did research so I could have all info before he left. Wore shoe protectors so did not track dirt in my house like my handyman did the prior day. Feel confident he will do a great job once the part comes in.

My water heater needed to be replaced, something you cannot ignore. Because of a great customer experience with Superior in the past, I called them to help me. I requested Jason H., the young man who did an installation for me three years ago, and I was placed on his schedule for the same day I called. He arrived right on time, evaluated the situation, explained what needed to be done. He was especially clear when explaining changes in "code" since my last water heater was installed 22 years ago, something I appreciate. When the job was done and the water was turned back on, he left the area cleaner that it was before he came in. From the initial conversation with Jenn in the morning to the end of the Jason's masterful installation in the afternoon, the project was handled professionally and efficiently. Special shout out to dispatcher Moe, whose has superior communication skills. Thank you all!

My hot water heater failed, Superior was at my house within 2hrs of my outreach and had it completely replaced a short time after that, all at a far price. Jason, the master plumber, was very conscientious of some special conditions working around my home which is sincerely appreciated. The replacement unit and installation quality/cleanliness are better than the original. Highly recommend!
