John did an excellent job replacing my toilet. He was honest about the challenges that I would face just by replacing parts on the old toilet that had broken. The information he provided convinced me that the best mode moving forward was to buy a new toilet and have it fully replaced. The replacement was actually cheaper than the repair! John had the repair complete within an hour of bringing the toilet. He was very personable and funny and did an amazing job on the install. Highly recommended!

Working with Rooter Pro was a real pleasure. I needed a new water heater and pressure-reducing valve, as mine were over two decades old. They were able to send out a technician on a Friday morning for an inspection and a quote. The technician, Andy, was very polite, professional, and punctual. He walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and recommended quality upgraded replacement parts with installation, along with an extended service warranty at a very competitive price. Once I approved the quote, he was back out here on a weekend in less than 24 hours. I’m very happy with the clean results and the care taken to get the job done right. If I have any other plumbing needs, I will definitely give Rooter Pro a call. Thanks again!

English is not my first language, and I moved to the United States about two years ago. When we first bought our house, we discovered a serious plumbing leak. At first, we hired another company that spoke our language, but they could not find the problem and only worked on the floor for four days without fixing the leak. Then we met Jerimey from Rooter Pro Plumbing GA. He quickly found the broken pipe and fixed everything in just one day. We didn’t need many words — he is clearly a true professional. Later, when we decided to replace our water heater, my husband and I didn’t hesitate to call Rooter again. We were glad to see Jerimey again. His experience and skills really show in his work. He is very professional and trustworthy. Now we feel relieved knowing we have someone we can rely on for our home. We are very thankful for the care he showed while repairing our house.

Jordan and Guy did an excellent job installing two bidets for me! They were fast, professional, and got the work done quickly and cleanly. Everything works perfectly and they made sure I was completely satisfied. Great communication and top-notch service. I had a great experience with Jeremy B. from Rooter Pro Plumbing. He was prompt, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. He made the necessary plumbing repairs efficiently and thoroughly. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and answered all of my questions. He was skilled and customer-friendly.
