John did an excellent job replacing my toilet. He was honest about the challenges that I would face just by replacing parts on the old toilet that had broken. The information he provided convinced me that the best mode moving forward was to buy a new toilet and have it fully replaced. The replacement was actually cheaper than the repair! John had the repair complete within an hour of bringing the toilet. He was very personable and funny and did an amazing job on the install. Highly recommended!

English is not my first language, and I moved to the United States about two years ago. When we first bought our house, we discovered a serious plumbing leak. At first, we hired another company that spoke our language, but they could not find the problem and only worked on the floor for four days without fixing the leak. Then we met Jerimey from Rooter Pro Plumbing GA. He quickly found the broken pipe and fixed everything in just one day. We didn’t need many words — he is clearly a true professional. Later, when we decided to replace our water heater, my husband and I didn’t hesitate to call Rooter again. We were glad to see Jerimey again. His experience and skills really show in his work. He is very professional and trustworthy. Now we feel relieved knowing we have someone we can rely on for our home. We are very thankful for the care he showed while repairing our house.

Jordan and Guy did an excellent job installing two bidets for me! They were fast, professional, and got the work done quickly and cleanly. Everything works perfectly and they made sure I was completely satisfied. Great communication and top-notch service. I highly recommend Rooter Pro Plumbing and specifically Jordan and Guy — will definitely call them again!

I had a great experience with Jeremy B. from Rooter Pro Plumbing. He was prompt, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. He made the necessary plumbing repairs efficiently and thoroughly. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and answered all of my questions. He was skilled and customer-friendly. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call again for any future plumbing needs.

I was very happy with the work done by Rooter Pro Plumbing. My plumber was Eric Smith, he was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He conducted himself very professionally and all the work was done correctly. He was so polite and answered all my questions concerning the work he was doing. When he was finished, he made sure all the areas he worked in were left clean and neat. He hauled off all the old plumbing fixtures and toilet. I was vey pleased with his performance and if I need anything else done in the future, I would definitely use them again and I probably would ask for Eric again.
