Totally Professional and Very Knowledgeable About the job..The company came out the same day and was Awesome.. Found my Electrical Problem within 5 minutes! They gave me brand new outlets and brand new circuit breakers for my circuit breaker panel box!! Will Definitely use This Company Again.. Thanks Mr.Ralph….

The service was exceptional from start to finish. Jimmy Wise guided me through the entire process with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care. He followed up afterward to make sure I was completely satisfied, which I truly appreciated. The technicians who came out were equally professional, knowledgeable, and exceeded my expectations. Five stars, hands down-I highly recommend their services!

Chris Contreras is awesome. Very knowledgeable and so helpful. Such a pleasant guy. I have asked that he is our ongoing tech anytime we need someone. We have used Bardi for past maintenance checks and repairs for HVAC and they have always been great. Will be adding their plumbing and electrical tech teams to our services as of today also. I cannot say enough about Bardi. I have never used anyone else and always have a good experience. Very professional staff and reasonable. Robert Head (tech) is the best. I thank him so much for his patience in explaining everything to me. I learned a lot especially about things I was doing wrong and how my system works in general. Give that guy a raise. So knowledgeable and professional. Thank you

It started on a Friday evening with an internet ad for a limited time offer for an air conditioning tune-up. The pricing seemed reasonable and with a few clicks I had selected a day and time and had an appointment. The next morning a rep called to confirm and explained the differences in services - and how a maintenance plan offered even more savings - so I quickly calculated the saving and additional services and upgraded. Day of the appointment arrives. Two greatly appreciated calls from the office kept me updated as to the arrival of 'my tech'. There was no wondering if he would come and these updates gave me the freedom to do other things. Then Michael arrives. Smile on his face a politeness in his voice and a calming demeanor. His eagerness to get to work showed through his well appreciated explanation of what to expect during his visit. Michael asked questions about my concerns to assist him in looking for and addressing any issues - then he got to work. When the maintenance service was complete we sat and talked. He calmly, and thoroughly explained what he did and what he saw that was a concern and needed to be done. I understand service folks are an extension of 'sales' - but there was no pressure - just options - and his patiently listening and answering my questions. He provided information in a way that allowed me to feel confident in the option for a repair that I felt made the most sense for me. No pressure just the facts. I work in a field where we are constantly in front of clients - his level of customer service is above and beyond - so much so that I would request only him back for any needed Bardi service.
