The technician, Mike, explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. He treated all of the accessible areas where we indicated we had spotted the carpenter ants, as well as locations that he said were typical locations they hide, even though we had not seen them there. Very thorough.

I called AARD because my other routine service pest control companies could not quickly respond regarding a rodent problem at the property which was reported to me by the tenants. AARD was very friendly, informative and communicative right off the bat and they were able to come out the next day and evaluate the problem. I was very pleased with the experience, hope to use them again, and would recommend to others.

As a home owner in U Place for over 30 years, I have had many needs for service inspections. Today I was scheduled with AARD Pest Control and Cheyne Allen Technician. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and went right to work. In a very short time he went under my house and back to my door with his report. He is a great example of what great customer service should be and a credit to his company. I highly recommend him and AARD Pest Control.
