Hawk First Rider, was very knowledgeable and polite. He showed up promptly after he gave an initial time frame for him to arrive. He did his job very thoroughly and I was very happy with the service that he provided. I also wanted to give a note about the customer service on the telephone when I called to book the appointment. I felt like the customer service person was very kind and not pushy at all, I called one other company before this and OH no, after speaking with your person I was sold. It really makes a difference how people are on the phone and basically that is why I chose your company. The technician just sealed the deal, He was just as good as I would hope for, actually better. I am happy with his service and am glad I chose this company. Also, the technician is a good employee, and you are lucky to have him working for you

Hired Aard based on South King County publication indicating great service. We had indoor/outdoor ants. The service itself probably should've taken 20 minutes but the technician seemed to want to visit so took about 45 instead. Pretty friendly guy. For my "initial" service, I had to pay $375 + tax. My understanding was this would treat general pests for the next 3 months, then we'd need routine follow up. Service was completed on 4/20. Initially the indoor ants went away. The outdoor ants did not. There are also now spiders everywhere. I contacted Aard and they told me they could come out again for $125 and that spiders were not included in the treatment. This was news to me since the technician talked about it during the treatment. Maybe I was confused since he chatted literally the entire time, but I'm very unhappy with the outcome of the service. It's been 2 months and 9 days and the indoor ants are now back. I'll be finding another company to come out and spray, and this time make certain it's for all pests, in writing. Not just word of mouth.

Hawk has been our consistent go-to service tech that who knows our property and makes sure that ants and rodents remain away from our home. Hawk is super helpful and customer friendly! Aard Pest Control is a great company to use and always works to make sure that their customers are provided great service!

Cheyene is great, the very first time he came to our home he explained everything clearly on what the process would be to eliminate them with consistency being very important, we had carpenter ants and sugar ants. We signed up for quarterly visits and its the best money we spend! Since then, no more ants or spiders even. If you're on the fence of hiring Aard pest control, don't be.

We have done business with AARD for over 10 years and have had an overall great experience. They are consistent and informative and helpful. Recently we switched the bait and it was a smooth process thanks to AARD. Our inspector Hawk at AARD has been a great help to establishing our pest control program.
