Been a faithful user of this company for a decade. Used them a couple months ago for a rodent issue and it was great. I don’t know what happened, but I’ve called 5 times in the past month. Every time the response is the same…”scheduling will call you back”, which NEVER HAPPENS. Looking for a new service now. Do better for your customers!

I would strongly recommend avoiding this extermination company. They lock customers into quarterly service agreements, but when you actually have an issue and need help, good luck getting anyone to return your calls. I am currently on my 7th call regarding an active issue. I was repeatedly told the owner would call me back — and yet, no response. If you are okay paying a premium price for someone to simply drop bait boxes and disappear until the next invoice, then this may be the company for you. The customer service has been horrible from start to finish — from scheduling issues to how customers are treated once they already have your money. Very overpriced for the level of service provided. Extremely disappointing experience.

This company, the absolute best.. If you call there, ask for Jason, he is the absolute best.. One of my customers properties had a mice infestation Jason had a guy out there within a days.. Even the stuff that’s out of his control like the price more than fair. Lightning fast great service thank you Jason whatever this company pays you isn’t enough, my friend

And A1 Exterminators had been such partner and resource when it comes to pests! We have used them for evaluation, pests /insects treatments and wildlife control and always received detailed consultation, solution and reasonable quote! Highly recommend!
