I had a roof replaced a few years back to repair a leak. The leak was not addressed and instead of repairing the leak they dump the problem on the so called warranty that they sell. Which really only covers the actual shingles replacement nothing else so please read the fine print because you have to pay for that also. Now I'm stuck paying more money for a problem I already paid to get repaired. But the salesperson I had was very professional.

I called Hynes Construction because my roof was in rough shape and needed to be replaced. Pretty simple, right? Well, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made as a homeowner. When their sales team came out to look at the roof, they were really thorough. While they were up there, they noticed some things that might be connected to an interior problem I'd been dealing with. I honestly had no clue a roofing company would even look at interior issues, let alone be able to fix them. But they did. They took the time to figure out what was going on inside my house and offered to take care of it along with the roof. It was such a relief to have someone who actually paid attention to the whole situation instead of just doing the one job and leaving. The whole process was smooth, they kept me in the loop, and both the roof and the interior work turned out great. I really appreciated how they treated my home like it mattered to them. If you need construction work done and want a team that actually looks out for you, I'd definitely recommend giving Hynes Construction a call. I'm really glad I did.
