Very professionally run company. Kirk came out and gave us an estimate and explained in detail how they were going to clean our roof in a three step process. When two men showed up to start the work, they draped covers over the bushes and did a thorough job of cleaning our roof and restoring te shingles to new again. I would recommend this company to anybody needing home services. Thank you very much for a well done professional job!

We recently used First Coast Home Pro’s for carpet and tile cleaning, and the experience was outstanding. Seth, the technician, did an excellent job—especially on my mom’s carpet, which was heavily stained. The results were impressive, and the carpet looks so much better. Seth was not only highly skilled but also professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about delivering great service. We had an old, weathered wooden fence which had partially collapsed in a wind storm which we needed repaired, not replaced, so as to minimize cost. Joe from First Coast Home Pros came out, surveyed the fence, listened to our needs and gave us a written estimate. The price was fair and reasonable and we agreed. On the scheduled day Joe came out with all the needed tools and materials and went to work professionally and efficiently. He completed the job on time and on budget, and he exceeded our expectations. We would use First Coast Home Pros again for another handyman job.

I'm so happy with First Coast Home Pros tile & grout cleaning service. From the moment I submitted an inquiry for grout clean and seal, I was impressed. Timely responses, a proper quote, affordable price, and easy to schedule. Ryan turned up on time, was professional and friendly, and did a great job. The grout of my ceramic kitchen tiles look so clean now. I would definitely use this company again.

First Coast Home Pros was very quick to respond to my initial message, and they had someone out for an estimate right away. Jody and Crystal came to do a total reset on our house. They went above and beyond, cleaning things I was not expecting. And both were great with our two dogs (who can get a little wound up with new people). Highly recommend.
