Amazing team! We decided to redo our entire back yard around our pool, resurface our concrete with Carvestone, extend the pool deck, and added an outdoor kitchen! The entire process went above and beyond our expectations. Even with unexpected surprises, Craig and Jonathan were with us the entire process and helped us navigate problems found during the construction phase. These were problems we had in the existing areas of our backyard that Allied helped us find out about and had solutions to make sure we didn’t get caught years down the road spending thousands to repair. The construction crews were amazing. Listening to our needs and changes, always adapting to the tweaks we kept making. They all went above and beyond. As soon as we pay this project loan off, we already have ambitions for a phase 2. Heck maybe even phase 3 project! I wish Allied did more in home improvements than just outdoors. I’ve had experience with remolding the inside of my home and it went terrible and costed us thousands of dollars. If you don’t pick allied for your outdoor projects, I truly believe you’re not picking the best for the money you’re going to spend.

Allied built a beautiful heavy-duty aluminum patio cover over my backyard deck. The deck was almost unusable under our intense Austin sun. Now it is a 24 hour oasis with dim-able lights and high cfm ceiling fan. Everyone, from initial sales contact through design and build managers and crew, has been professional, responsive, capable and friendly. The final product and entire experience has exceeded my expectations. My initial contact with Grant was perfect. He listened to my objectives and offered advice, rapidly identifying a solution that worked for me. I signed on immediately. Soon I had a design meeting with Grant, Ryan and Shea to make a detailed plan and identify specifics. Jonathan Meador coordinated the project remotely, introducing himself by phone. Together we followed the process closely using Allied’s Slack App. Jonathan kept me informed and prepared as we moved through each phase of the project. Ryan managed the job perfectly, working with the Aluminum carpentry crew and the electrician to keep the job moving. Both trade crews were extremely capable and friendly, arriving as scheduled and on-time. The job site was kept clean and organized with minimum disruption. I couldn’t be happier!

5 stars to the Allied team with Ryan McDonnell Our contractor and Jonathan Meador our project manager. They were fantastic. Showed up on time and communicated every step of the way. The wife and I love our new patio and concrete carve stone and are proud to call our backyard the number one hangout spot in the neighborhood

I needed a privacy solution on my back patio, as the homes in this neighborhood are close together. Allied came up with a great solution… Aluminum panels that resemble wood by texture. They built them at a custom height… Just enough to obscure the view of my neighbors, while not feeling too closed in. It was difficult figuring out what kind of solution would check all the boxes, but Allied was very creative and helped me choose the ideal materials and location. After the project was complete, I was not 100% happy with the placement of some panels. They agreed to send the installer back out to make the modification, because they said they wanted me to feel good about the project. When the installer showed up, he realized it would be a bit more work than anticipated. But Allied stood by the commitment to make it right, and they did. I couldn’t be happier with the way the entire project was handled. The communication by one of their project managers, Rachel, was top-notch. She always stayed in touch with updates, and was an excellent coordinator. Quality products, excellent workmanship, professional people, and great communication. I will definitely work with them again when I need a creative outdoor solution.

Our “carvestone process”went very smoothly and quickly. 1st meeting with the Allied representative( Bert) then going over all the details of our project with our project manager,(Craig) and great communication with the construction coordinator( Lindsay) who kept us updated. Our crew was the best!! Hard workers and so creative. They took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were happy throughout the process. It was amazing to watch them at work ( male and female). The best part was that they cleaned up afterwards every day. Very meticulous about their work and cleaning up. We love our new area around our pool. Made a huge difference! Very happy customers.
