Outstanding experience and a completed project that is EXACTLY what we wanted! Allied was professional and delivered at every step of the project. From our initial meeting and design consultation with Bruce, to our project coordinator Jonathan and our AMAZING project manager Ryan, we knew we had the right people taking care of our project. Even when we ran into a couple of bumps, they were honest, quick to communicate, and resolved the issues immediately. We highly recommend Allied and will hire them again for our next project!

When we first met the Allied team at our home, we were immediately impressed by their “can-do” attitude. Moving forward on our patio project with them was an easy decision. They saw our vision and gave their honest opinions on the design, which was very helpful. From then on the communication with the team was perfect. They handled all HOA paperwork and city permitting. The only hiccups we faced were a few delays, which is always frustrating, but they were handled with thorough communication. We finished our patio with their Carvestone overlay and that process was quite impressive. It has brought together our whole space and made it feel custom. We are already dreaming up next projects and would definitely use Allied Outdoor Solutions again.

Our experience with Allied was nothing but exceptional, everyone was very attentive to our project and professional. Our screened patio, firepit, and stepping stones turned out be nothing but spectacular. Amazing team! We decided to redo our entire back yard around our pool, resurface our concrete with Carvestone, extend the pool deck, and added an outdoor kitchen! The entire process went above and beyond our expectations. Even with unexpected surprises, Craig and Jonathan were with us the entire process and helped us navigate problems found during the construction phase. These were problems we had in the existing areas of our backyard that Allied helped us find out about and had solutions to make sure we didn’t get caught years down the road spending thousands to repair. The construction crews were amazing. Listening to our needs and changes, always adapting to the tweaks we kept making. They all went above and beyond. As soon as we pay this project loan off, we already have ambitions for a phase 2. Heck maybe even phase 3 project! I wish Allied did more in home improvements than just outdoors. I’ve had experience with remolding the inside of my home and it went terrible and costed us thousands of dollars. If you don’t pick allied for your outdoor projects, I truly believe you’re not picking the best for the money you’re going to spend.

Allied built a beautiful heavy-duty aluminum patio cover over my backyard deck. The deck was almost unusable under our intense Austin sun. Now it is a 24 hour oasis with dim-able lights and high cfm ceiling fan. Everyone, from initial sales contact through design and build managers and crew, has been professional, responsive, capable and friendly. The final product and entire experience has exceeded my expectations. My initial contact with Grant was perfect. He listened to my objectives and offered advice, rapidly identifying a solution that worked for me. I signed on immediately. Soon I had a design meeting with Grant, Ryan and Shea to make a detailed plan and identify specifics. Jonathan Meador coordinated the project remotely, introducing himself by phone. Together we followed the process closely using Allied’s Slack App. Jonathan kept me informed and prepared as we moved through each phase of the project. Ryan managed the job perfectly, working with the Aluminum carpentry crew and the electrician to keep the job moving. Both trade crews were extremely capable and friendly, arriving as scheduled and on-time. The job site was kept clean and organized with minimum disruption. I couldn’t be happier!
