My first contact with PureDry Restoration was with Daryl (Mitigation Project Manager). He walked me through the process of restoring my floorings which were destroyed due to a toilet flooding. It affected the bathroom, living room, dining room and spare bedroom. He was thorough and patient with all my concerns and questions. He even returned my phone call after business hours later in the evening! Brayden, William, Skyler and Garrett were my Mitigation Technicians. They set up fans EVERYWHERE, even under my crawlspace to ensure everything was completely dry. Luckily, I was away for a few days and didn’t have to deal with the noise. The team showed up the day after I returned and removed all the fans and cleaned up the area. Max (Estimator/Insurance Advocate) was unbelievable! He is the MASTER on Washington laws/rules, never backing down, and worked diligently to ensure my insurance company paid out fairly. Leah (Project Coordinator) was also one of the first people I worked with, and she was on top of it all, right up to the last detail. Ashlynn (Project Director & Sales) did the inspection to determine damage. She was incredibly thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. She continually followed up on the project and provided recommendations when asked. Mykal & Alejandro (Onsite Foreman) finalized the installation of new bathroom countertop, flooring transition trim and touchup painting. A big shoutout to Vasiliy and Yuri on the LVP flooring. Yuri stayed until 7pm both nights to finish up the flooring which turned out beautifully! And, finally, Rhiannon (Project Manager). She was diligent, on track, professional and a little bit of a therapist! This was a stressful experience for me and she was always there to answer questions, provide status and calm me down!! I am incredibly grateful. I’ve never had this experience before and am so pleased that I hired PureDry Restoration. The team was phenomenal from beginning to end. Great communication, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for your Restoration projects.

Shawn was amazing prompt and polite, got along great with dog. The inspection was very through and impressive, great recommendations on next steps and they work well state farm, and confirmed no water damage found. All very easy, highly recommended.

“The devil works hard” but Shaun Smith works harder. Friday night when everyone is throwing me through a loop about waiting until the weekday my hero arrives at 7pm to get the job done. No waiting til Monday, no waiting til someone calls me back, Shaun was on his way to help with no problem. Shaun ensured me he’d help me get the help I need with damage, insurance coverage, and keeping me in good hands when my water pipe broke under my house and I was panicking. The fire department couldn’t even turn the water off but once it was off Shaun did everything necessary to help clean up this mess and help me get everything in motion for my home to be fixed. He even helped me in a suit to ease my worries and showed me what to look for in a crawl space where the pipe broke. Extra mile kind of guy and very knowledgeable with my hundreds of questions. There’s even a raccoon that may or may not be down there and Shaun said he’d handle it if push comes to shove. Overall, great experience calling him and his guys verses the folks who wanted me to wait til the weekday to even merely take a look.

We had a team from PureDry Restoration come out for water mitigation, and while the circumstances of needing them obviously weren’t fun, I felt genuinely good about their work, communication and how they treated our home. Communication was excellent. They always called with 30 minutes notice before arriving, explained what was happening in plain language, and took the time to answer questions and define jargon/technical terms I didn’t understand. They even showed me the tools and walked me through the process. They were incredibly respectful of our home. They put down Anatolia Guardia mats to protect our floors, wore shoe coverings inside every time, and handled everything with care. Nothing about their approach felt rushed or “good enough to get the job done.” It felt like they treated our home with care. Shout-out to Brandon (PM) for getting the ball rolling and helping us understand what was happening. Dustin, Amari, and Dorian did the bulk of the hands-on work (including taking apart cabinets/flooring and set up of giant fans) and created a contained plastic barrier, which was a huge help for keeping our toddler safely out of the construction zone. Kevin also came by to check on the drying progress and kept us informed about how things were progressing. I’d absolutely recommend PureDry Restoration.

I could not be happier with the experience we had with Pure Dry! We had a water leak from the upstairs bathtub that was leaking through the smoke detector on the floor below. Shaun came out the day I called and started the dry out process right away. He was wonderful! I explained to him that we had a baby due in three weeks and really needed this completely done before he arrived. Shaun assured me Pure Dry would do everything possible to make that happen! Amari and Garet were part of the demo & dry out crew. They did a great job! The bathtub, flooring, part of the wall, part of the carpet, and the ceiling on the floor below had to be taken out. Thankfully, it dried out quickly so we could start the reconstruction side. I am so grateful that Pure Dry can do both the dry out and reconstruction! Ashlynn came out and took photos so they could figure out what all we need repaired. She was so kind & understanding of how important it was to get this done before the baby arrived. Once the bid was all done, Nathan came out and he was amazing! I am so thankful for how he pushed to make sure this project was finished. (I feel like he had to somewhat move heaven on earth to make this happen so fast) He had a great crew come out and start that very day with the reconstruction, they even came on Saturday and worked all day. He was also in contact with the plumbers to make sure everything would get done in the order it needed to. Thank you so much Nathan, you are the best! We are up in Bellingham and Pure Dry is in Snohomish, I so appreciate they were willing to drive back-and-forth each day! I am pleased to say the project was done before the baby arrived and he came home to a house that was all put back together! I would highly recommend Pure Dry to anyone, dealing with water damage is so stressful and they all made the process so much easier!
