We are incredibly grateful to Nathan and the entire PureDry team for helping us through our flooring replacement project. Throughout the process, we truly appreciated Nathan’s patience in answering every one of our countless questions and providing professional, honest advice. As homeowners with very little knowledge about flooring replacement, we always felt that Nathan took the time to help us understand our options and make informed decisions. What impressed us most was how consistently Nathan looked at everything from the customer’s perspective. He always tried to find the best solution for our needs and budget. We genuinely felt that he cared about helping us make the right decisions. Nathan is one of the best and most professional contractors we have ever worked with. He is experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, kind and friendly. We feel very fortunate to have had him guiding us through this project. Nathan also connected us with excellent vendors and crews to make sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. My first contact with PureDry Restoration was with Daryl (Mitigation Project Manager). He walked me through the process of restoring my floorings which were destroyed due to a toilet flooding. It affected the bathroom, living room, dining room and spare bedroom. He was thorough and patient with all my concerns and questions. He even returned my phone call after business hours later in the evening! Brayden, William, Skyler and Garrett were my Mitigation Technicians. They set up fans EVERYWHERE, even under my crawlspace to ensure everything was completely dry. Luckily, I was away for a few days and didn’t have to deal with the noise. The team showed up the day after I returned and removed all the fans and cleaned up the area. Max (Estimator/Insurance Advocate) was unbelievable! He is the MASTER on Washington laws/rules, never backing down, and worked diligently to ensure my insurance company paid out fairly. Leah (Project Coordinator) was also one of the first people I worked with, and she was on top of it all, right up to the last detail. Ashlynn (Project Director & Sales) did the inspection to determine damage. She was incredibly thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. She continually followed up on the project and provided recommendations when asked. Mykal & Alejandro (Onsite Foreman) finalized the installation of new bathroom countertop, flooring transition trim and touchup painting. A big shoutout to Vasiliy and Yuri on the LVP flooring. Yuri stayed until 7pm both nights to finish up the flooring which turned out beautifully! And, finally, Rhiannon (Project Manager). She was diligent, on track, professional and a little bit of a therapist! This was a stressful experience for me and she was always there to answer questions, provide status and calm me down!! I am incredibly grateful. I’ve never had this experience before and am so pleased that I hired PureDry Restoration. The team was phenomenal from beginning to end. Great communication, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for your Restoration projects.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am beyond happy and satisfied with the amazing work the Pure Dry team did for our family. Waking up to a water loss in your home is something no homeowner ever wants to experience, but Pure Dry made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable from start to finish. Every single person who came into our home or spoke with us on the phone was kind, knowledgeable, accountable, attentive, empathetic, and genuinely cared about what we were going through. Nathan Kelly’s team, including Levi, Garrett, Miguel, and everyone else involved, was absolutely outstanding. Each person was professional, communicative, and always on top of their responsibilities. I was amazed at how quickly they responded and how efficiently they worked. They were able to dry out our home within just a few days while minimizing disruption to our daily lives. They also worked diligently with both insurance companies, helped navigate the claims process, advocated for us, and coordinated the reconstruction process so everything could move forward smoothly. What could have been a complete disaster turned into a surprisingly positive experience because of the Pure Dry team. Their expertise, customer service, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation we had. We are incredibly grateful for how quickly and professionally they handled everything. If you ever find yourself dealing with water damage, I cannot recommend Pure Dry highly enough. Gabriella and Jacob came.to our home to do abatement work due to positive asbestos testing and did an outstanding job. They worked diligently in removing all the dry wall and scrubbing the existing walls and area for residue. They sealed off the room and left the air scrubber overnight to remove any left over particles. Five stars to them and all the others that helped us in our time of need .

Puredry is performing remediation at my house after a water pipe broke. The remediation is in process, but I am already super impressed with the project manager Bassi and the technicians Christian and Luis. I’ll write a comprehensive review when the remediation and reconstruction are complete, but since Christian and Luis have finished doing the demolition, cleanup, and set up the dryers, I want to commend them on their professionalism, care, and excellent communication. They worked quickly, took steps to make my house livable during the drying out process, answered all my questions, coordinated with the insurance agent, and left everything clean. Based on my experience so far, I’d recommend Puredry to everyone who needs this kind of service.
