This place is a great place to work with. Our dishwasher leaked so we had to have water mitigation first. Then we did an extended remodel. Our kitchen looks fantastic. Jason, Nick, and Marquise were all wonderful to work with.

Ben with Green Clean and their 24/7 response team, promptly arrived to our home and met me at the door in tears. I had found very sentimental items, to be wet. I was assured that a thorough inspection, using cutting edge equipment, would be immediately conducted. The situation was identified as a shower valve failure. Green Clean’s specialized equipment was able to detect, down to the precise percentages, of how much moisture was in the floor and walls as well as our sentimental items. Detailed information, explaining my options were clearly addressed and Rob, Collin and Toni began taking all measures to secure the situation, and prevent further damage. They handled our things with respect and care. They were knowledgeable and professional and kept informed with each process. They also disposed of all the damage, including carpet, walls etc. We did not need to rent a dumpster or lug anything to our trash center. This company is outstanding! We look forward to utilize more of their many great services!

I first hired Green Clean to clean my carpets. The workers were professional and thorough. When I discovered mold in my basement I called them to remediate all of the affected areas. Again, they did a great job. They finished up my basement by reconstructing the affected areas, painting, and laying new flooring. Everything looks great, and I am so pleased. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Green Clean! Tony was here exactly at 8:30 as promised. He got right to work and was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose the issue we were having. He waited while I called my fiancée at work so that he could explain the issue to both of us. He answered all of our questions and gave referrals for companies we could call to get the issue fixed. He did not try to convince me to do anything extra, and we were not charged for the inspection. If we need a restoration company or carpet cleaning in the future, we will definitely be using Green Clean.

After being unhappy with low priced carpet cleaners, several years ago we chose "Green Clean"; a very professional company for home owners. They are very concerned to serve their customers in the best possible way. Recently we experienced water intrusion from failed shrinking roof shingles at a portion of our roof eve soffit edging. We contacted Green Clean to properly remediate a non-toxic mold, which involved removal of 100 sq.ft. of attic insulation, clean & seal all affected areas and insure vapor tightness between living area and the attic. They then reconstructed our attic area with new blown-in fiber glass insulation and we opted to increase the insulation level of our whole attic area to meet current building codes. At this point, we contacted Green Clean to schedule our carpet and stairs for their Dual-Process Cleaning: pretreatment, rotary foam shampooing (soft scrub), and truck-mounted steam extraction. We are pleased with Green Clean techniques, pricing and professionalism. Their concern to detail and having a good understanding of what is asked by the homeowner is very appreciated. Besides the cleaners knowledge it's the presentation and friendliness that makes for a top tier business excell as Green Clean. Highly recommend. Elk River, MN Homeowners
