We had a very good experience with Green Clean from start to finish. The phone was answered promptly when we called and a service rep (Aaron) arrived within a few hours. Aaron were very friendly and explained exactly what they were doing during the assessment of our issue. Luckily for us, our issue turned out to be minor, but the service rep took plenty of time to ensure the mitigation would be adequate. The follow up visit was scheduled and the same service rep arrived right on time. The cost was very fair and completing the transaction was simple. Communication via phone calls and texts was great throughout the entire process.

The entire team was very pleasant to work with. They answered all of my questions and kindly taught me things about the process that I questioned. They were great communicators and always responded quickly (they even got a team out to my house the same day I first called). They were honest about costs and even were willing to work with me to provide options I could've taken to reduce costs. Overall, I genuinely feel very confident in the quality of the work and service provided by this team and I would use them again if I ever need to. Huge thank you to Marquise, Whitney, Aiden, and Maya!

This place is a great place to work with. Our dishwasher leaked so we had to have water mitigation first. Then we did an extended remodel. Our kitchen looks fantastic. Jason, Nick, and Marquise were all wonderful to work with.

We had a great experience with Marquise and Whitney from Green Clean! They did a very thorough job taking care of the mold in our basement and were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with throughout the process. We really appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely recommend Green Clean!

Ben with Green Clean and their 24/7 response team, promptly arrived to our home and met me at the door in tears. I had found very sentimental items, to be wet. I was assured that a thorough inspection, using cutting edge equipment, would be immediately conducted. The situation was identified as a shower valve failure. Green Clean’s specialized equipment was able to detect, down to the precise percentages, of how much moisture was in the floor and walls as well as our sentimental items. Detailed information, explaining my options were clearly addressed and Rob, Collin and Toni began taking all measures to secure the situation, and prevent further damage. They handled our things with respect and care. They were knowledgeable and professional and kept informed with each process. They also disposed of all the damage, including carpet, walls etc. We did not need to rent a dumpster or lug anything to our trash center. This company is outstanding! We look forward to utilize more of their many great services!
