I had a pump fail on Easter evening causing a flood in the basement. One call to Flood Department and within about an hour Jackson and Caleb knocked on the door and began cleaning up a mess before mold or any further damage could happen. They worked hard late into the night to remove the damaged walls, flooring and material items. They cleaned what they could and set up dryers to prevent more issues. Thank you for doing a great job but coming out on a major holiday with an amazing outlook about it. And Stephanie was very patient and helpful.

I’ve worked with Frank a few times now. He shows great attention to detail. He pointed out some things that other inspectors missed or didn’t care to bring up. He has gone out of his way to take care of things in a manner that seems to be respectful of this company and holding a higher standard of himself. I would recommend him and his team for any job site as they show up on time, make sure things are completed in a timely manner, and uphold a standard that I have not seen from most of the other companies. A supply pipe in the wall was split, spilling out water. Called the plumber! The plumber fixed the pipe and suggested I call the Flood Department. The recommendation was perfect. Corey, with his team Isaiah and CJ, were at my house within the hour, bringing equipment to find moisture and mold and contain the water. Flood Department was fast and efficient, removing wall board, insulation, carpet, possessions and testing for mold. Heat fans were brought in and that basement was dried! Back at the office, they negotiated with my insurance agent. Stephanie was great to talk to on the phone and very helpful with clear explanations and information! I highly recommend Flood Department for their excellent work! Thanks! Linda & Jim

We had a wonderful experience with Flood Dept. Cory our lead technician was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, able to arrange things around our schedule, made sure that the entire job was complete, and was extremely kind and courteous every step of the way. I highly recommend working with this crew.

Had my laundry room flood after a frozen pipe this winter. Frank and Cj came in and took care of drying the room and cleaning up. Super cool guys, very knowledgeable, always punctual. Helped me through the processes of insurance. As a new homeowner and first time having an insurance claim, I couldn't have had a better experience. To call someone other than them would make you, in my opinion, a silly goose.
