Called the Flood Department associated with a mold issue in the basement. I received a call back that night and scheduled a meeting with George the following day.George assessed the situation and prepared two proposals to rectify the problem.The pricing was very reasonable. Jackson and Luke started working on the project the following week. They arrived on time and went right to work. They were very professional and kept me well informed of what they were doing.Jackon and Luke did an excellent job . I am very happy with their effort and the manner in which they carried out their duties.

We had a burst pipe in our crawlspace with 4 inches of standing water, fallen insulation and mold. I honestly cannot give this company enough recognition. They removed the water so the plumber could do the repair and then, while working with our insurance company did a COMPLETE clean out. They used several dehumidifier and fans to dry it all out and then did mold remediation. While being an awful job (our crawlspace is only abt 2 1/2 ft high, they were polite and friendly and very professional. Stephanie in the office is amazing. She is upbeat and helpful and helped a great deal with my stress level. Not a single person in this company was disagreeable or acted like this was just a job to them. I felt like they CARED about what they were doing and that they would do their best always. Caleb, Eric, Nick and Stephanie. You have made a customer for life. Your the best!

Flood Department really showed up and resolved a complicated foundation leak issue we had in our basement that became a mold issue as well. Frank and CJ came out and did an amazing job and were super professional and personable to work with. What’s even more amazing is we had to leave for a planned vacation prior to them starting the work and they assured us we’d come back to a completed remediation. The work was done surgically almost, really taking care to completely resolve the issue without any additional demo work. They cleaned up the entire area and left us in perfect position to start the final restoration now that we’ve returned. Well done guys!!! Also Stephanie Iocco did an excellent job from start to finish with all of the back office support. She is the glue that helps the teams work so well together with the client…thanks Stephanie! Overall, a great experience and highly recommend!

Very happy with this company’s prompt service. Stephanie coordinated everything well and had a crew out to my house within an hour. Eric, Nick, and Jackson were very professional and respectful of our property. Would recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Frank L. He is a smart, outgoing, and highly capable professional with a strong work ethic. His licensing, skill set, and hands on experience make him extremely reliable in the field, His communication is great, and always approaches challenges with confidence and integrity. Any company or client would be fortunate to work with him. I have personally know and worked aside Frank outside of flood department and he would without a doubt be the person I called if in need of his expertise. It is hard to find people who still take pride in their work and he is definitely a person who does!
