Called the Flood Department associated with a mold issue in the basement. I received a call back that night and scheduled a meeting with George the following day.George assessed the situation and prepared two proposals to rectify the problem.The pricing was very reasonable. Jackson and Luke started working on the project the following week. They arrived on time and went right to work. They were very professional and kept me well informed of what they were doing.Jackon and Luke did an excellent job . I am very happy with their effort and the manner in which they carried out their duties.

I’ve worked with Frank a few times now. He shows great attention to detail. He pointed out some things that other inspectors missed or didn’t care to bring up. He has gone out of his way to take care of things in a manner that seems to be respectful of this company and holding a higher standard of himself. I would recommend him and his team for any job site as they show up on time, make sure things are completed in a timely manner, and uphold a standard that I have not seen from most of the other companies. We had a burst pipe in our crawlspace with 4 inches of standing water, fallen insulation and mold. I honestly cannot give this company enough recognition. They removed the water so the plumber could do the repair and then, while working with our insurance company did a COMPLETE clean out. They used several dehumidifier and fans to dry it all out and then did mold remediation. While being an awful job (our crawlspace is only abt 2 1/2 ft high, they were polite and friendly and very professional. Stephanie in the office is amazing. She is upbeat and helpful and helped a great deal with my stress level. Not a single person in this company was disagreeable or acted like this was just a job to them. I felt like they CARED about what they were doing and that they would do their best always. Caleb, Eric, Nick and Stephanie. You have made a customer for life. Your the best!

The Flood Department Company was the best company I have had with which to work! The entire staff is superior in every way! Every representative and employee were exceptional in the performance of their jobs! Outstanding professionalism, efficiency, great work ethic, and customer care were on full display! The quality of work was beyond exceptional. Every step in remediating the problem was fully explained the process. Very happy with this company’s prompt service. Stephanie coordinated everything well and had a crew out to my house within an hour. Eric, Nick, and Jackson were very professional and respectful of our property. Would recommend to anyone.
