This company is amazing. Not only did they arrive quickly to our home, but the work - led by Cory - was spectacular and thorough. Stephanie Iocco in the office was amazing and incredibly helpful and Ken, the president of the company, is a class act and runs what has to be the best company in this field. If you have a disaster like we did, there is no one better, more affordable and amazing than these guys. I give 5 stars only because the option of giving a thousand stars was not presented.

A supply pipe in the wall was split, spilling out water. Called the plumber! The plumber fixed the pipe and suggested I call the Flood Department. The recommendation was perfect. Corey, with his team Isaiah and CJ, were at my house within the hour, bringing equipment to find moisture and mold and contain the water. Flood Department was fast and efficient, removing wall board, insulation, carpet, possessions and testing for mold. Heat fans were brought in and that basement was dried! Back at the office, they negotiated with my insurance agent. Stephanie was great to talk to on the phone and very helpful with clear explanations and information! I highly recommend Flood Department for their excellent work! Thanks! Linda & Jim

We had a wonderful experience with Flood Dept. Cory our lead technician was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, able to arrange things around our schedule, made sure that the entire job was complete, and was extremely kind and courteous every step of the way. I highly recommend working with this crew.

Had my laundry room flood after a frozen pipe this winter. Frank and Cj came in and took care of drying the room and cleaning up. Super cool guys, very knowledgeable, always punctual. Helped me through the processes of insurance. As a new homeowner and first time having an insurance claim, I couldn't have had a better experience. To call someone other than them would make you, in my opinion, a silly goose.

Excellent and timely service. Cory was very thorough and efficient. He described the process in detail and explained to me what needed to be done. Work was done in a professional manner and clean up was completed perfectly. Would recommend to anyone needing water damage assistance.
