"North Shore replaced cracked mortar and secured several loose bricks at the base of my house. Some others were replaced for cosmetic reasons, while fresh caulking was applied as needed to my windows. The guys arrived early and made sure I was completely satisfied. Communication from the company was outstanding from beginning thru my job's completion. Owner Les O'Hara stopped by to confirm my satisfaction, although he didn't wear a face covering. Cleanup could have been a touch better as I found old caulk left on the property. But, I'm nitpicking. North Shore's work is top-notch and I highly recommend them."
