October 6, 2026 Hulett shifted the administrative work onto me, the customer, forcing me to do the work of correcting its contract and tracking the company down in order to pay. No thank you. When I called Hulett Environmental Services main number via Google, to book for lawn services in Palm Beach County, I gave my business name twice. It is the property owner’s LLC. The representative said they only needed my personal name for the technician. I said ok. I was told Jason was booked. The person who arrived was not Jason. I did not know who he was, and I kept addressing him as Jason. He could not generate the contract on-site because he said they had wifi connectivity problems, so he relied on the call-center intake. An email was sent off site. That record omitted the legal entity name on the property and used my personal identifiers, not the llc as ageeed upon. Then, when Hulett emailed the invoice to begin work, my name appeared in multiple places and the business name did not. After a number of corrections, the business name was added, but my personal name was still on the document, and there was no payment field. I completed the signature. The system finished. There was no way to pay. The manager did not dispute the sequence. He reclassified it as acceptable because the people involved were long-serving employees. Management's decision to excuse these failures based on employee tenure rather than operational correction guarantees repeat incidents and negative public exposure. This is a systems failure, not a people failure. First Principles thinking is ignored at Huelett. No business card was left, I had to find their local number on Google. When I called, the technician was with another client and could not take payment, and I was told to call the main office again. Hulett failed before any service began. The company was given the contracting party’s name twice and still would not use it. It sent someone other than the technician it named. After a number of corrections, the document still carried my personal name and could not take payment! Years in business do not excuse that. I would not hire Hulett Environmental Services.

I have been living in South Florida for over 30 years, and during that time I have used many pest control companies. I was never fully satisfied with any of them except Hulett Environmental Services. They are truly the best — not only because of the quality of their treatments, but also because of the professionalism and dedication of their team. Mr. Thom Kelley, the service manager, and his technician Sam genuinely care about their customers. They took our concerns seriously, addressed every issue thoroughly, and followed up multiple times to make sure we were completely satisfied. Thom and Sam even came to my home personally to ensure everything was handled properly — something I have never experienced with any other company. Their commitment, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude are exceptional. I highly recommend Hulett Environmental Services for anyone seeking reliable service and outstanding follow‑up. Thank you, Thom and Sam, for your dedication and professionalism. You truly set the standard
