“Overall everything with Hoffer Pest Solutions is good.”
“I don't know his name but he has come the last three times and he's really good. He's a cool guy. There was one instance where I did not know he was scheduled to come and kind of freaked out because he was treating the lawn and the kids did not have school. It turns out my husband rescheduled him for that day without telling me and I felt so bad for freaking out on him. He was so professional and polite the whole time though, I feel he should really be recognized. Five stars.”

“I've had a few issues outside with removal of spider webs and mud daubers that I've had to call to have them come back after their treatment. Things that were not treated during their inspection. However with that said after I've called them they have come back and fix the problem. That's the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating.”
