George was fantastic! He arrived right on time and was extremely thorough in his work. He was very friendly and personable, which made the whole experience even better. Most importantly, he explained everything he was doing, took before-and-after pictures, and made sure I understood the process. Everything looked great when he finished. His pricing was considerably lower than others I checked, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I had a great experience and will definitely be using them again!

George was a breath of fresh air. He was attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, very professional, and a very nice person. He showed me all the issues with my unit; he showed me the nos. on his tester, and explained what the numbers meant what the issues were and I feel he was honest and would recommend him to anyone. George is an excellent representative of Eagle HVAC Services. He did not try to upsell me anything. He asked about the age of my unit and confirmed it and told me I should contact the original installer because the unit was still under manufacturer's warranty. He didn't have to tell me this and charge me to make the repairs, but he didn't. Like I said, he was very honest. I will definitely recommend Eagle HVAC Services to everyone, if you want a good and honest company. Thank you, George!!

Mr. George at Eagles HVAC delivered outstanding service. He repaired our heater just in time for the upcoming cold front here in Northern Virginia. He was punctual, meticulous, and thorough. Most importantly, he took the time to explain what was wrong with our heating unit, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and integrity. The dispatcher also deserves high praise. Scheduling and rescheduling were effortless… they were very accommodating and helpful with my hectic schedule this week. Overall, it was a great experience from the office to the field. Thank you. I highly recommend Eagles HVAC.

Although I had a four hour window, Eagle called me and let me know exactly what time George, the technician, would be at my house and he was right on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took care of my problem quickly. I highly recommend eagles HVAC services.

George is an incredibly honest and approachable professional. He took the time to clearly explain the issues with my unit, specifically how a loss of R-22 (Freon) was driving up my electric bills. He walked me through all my available options and even gave me a realistic heads-up on how my insurance company would likely handle the claim. Although I was disappointed with the insurance outcome, I’m so grateful George was there to guide me through the process. Highly recommended!
