I received the excellent service. The appointment is scheduled quick, communication well at each stage. The system updated me when the worker heading over, called when reaching my house. George Guirguis from Eagles HVAC Services was fantastic to work with when my AC suddenly stopped cooling properly. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor, and had it fixed quickly. I really appreciated that he was straightforward and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I have been without AC for 3 days I called Eagles HVAC Services and George showed up the next day. He diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in layman's terms. I have only met him once but I can tell he is wicked smart, master at his craft and personable it was a very good experience.

Eagles was super easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, took the time to walk us through the problem, and got us back up and running with a new upstairs AC unit. Even when there was a minor hiccup with moisture sensor, George took our call at 9pm and showed up at 7am the next morning. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them for servicing moving forward.
