Mr. George at Eagles HVAC delivered outstanding service. He repaired our heater just in time for the upcoming cold front here in Northern Virginia. He was punctual, meticulous, and thorough. Most importantly, he took the time to explain what was wrong with our heating unit, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and integrity. The dispatcher also deserves high praise. Scheduling and rescheduling were effortless… they were very accommodating and helpful with my hectic schedule this week. Overall, it was a great experience from the office to the field. Thank you. George Guirguis from Eagles HVAC Services was fantastic to work with when my AC suddenly stopped cooling properly. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor, and had it fixed quickly. I really appreciated that he was straightforward and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Great service and genuinely trustworthy — highly recommend.

Eagles was super easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, took the time to walk us through the problem, and got us back up and running with a new upstairs AC unit. Even when there was a minor hiccup with moisture sensor, George took our call at 9pm and showed up at 7am the next morning. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them for servicing moving forward.

After contacting our home warranty company, EAGLES HVAC Services reached out to us promptly. The service was excellent from start to finish. George arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and returned with the necessary part—sooner than expected—to get our AC up and running again. I received the excellent service. The appointment is scheduled quick, communication well at each stage. The system updated me when the worker heading over, called when reaching my house. George is very professional, he wears disposable shoes, explained me the problem after the repair is done. everything is exceed my expectation. Thanks!!!
