The team at Build Design Center in Georgetown just competed two additional bathroom projects for us that are both beautiful and functional (unlike what they replaced!) We met with Emre at their design studio and within 90 minutes we had picked out all the fixtures, stone & accessories and Emre created the plans with us for both our Master Bathroom and for our guest Powder Room. Onur was our Project Manager and was always hands-on as he managed the complexities of the projects and kept to the committed timeline. The demolition and construction teams were tidy and efficient and built everything with perfect detail. We highly recommended Emre and his team. This was the second set of projects they have completed for us in the past 3 months as we were so pleased with the full bathroom renovation, the wet bar renovation, and the kitchen redesign we had done in December & January.

BDC did a great job on my kitchen and primary bath remodel in a DC condo. From the start of my conversation, Emre was very responsive setting up appointments and hearing and understanding my wants and needs. He provided the options and selections to make my dream come true for a spectacular finished product. Atabey project managed the condo association approval, permitting and demolition keeping me apprised of the activity and open issues. When DC finally issued permits (with a nudge from my councilwoman’s constituent services team) the project got started very quickly. Onur took over the project while atabey was out on paternity leave and took it over the finish line. While the knowledge transfer may have been a bit more detailed, we were able to overcome that quickly. Onur is very personable and very responsive to email and text messages. While the project took a bit longer than anticipated, the quality of work was good, Onur clearly explained the challenges and kept the team focused so that the follow-up punch list was relatively short. Scheduling to complete the open issues was easy and timely. Overall, this was a great experience resulting in a one of a kind result.

We came across this place when we were thinking of remodeling our bathroom. Emre was our designer and Atabey & Onur were our project managers. They thought everything through from the design to bringing it to life. The attention to detail through the entire process is so appreciated. These people understand that when you’re putting time and money into making a big change in your home, they should give the utmost care to making that a reality. If we ever decide to renovate our kitchen, we will definitely give them a call again.

Got my kitchen remodeled and was very happy with the result. Nadide and Becca made the design and layout easy! Their attention to detail and involvement in the design decisions was great and helped make things run smooth.

Build Design just completed redesign and installation of my kitchen, bathroom & family room wet bar. Emre guided us in selecting beautiful designs, tile, fixtures and appliances that transformed our rooms. The two project managers, Ata and Onur, were onsite and very engaged in overseeing the construction work of their team members. The planning and execution of our projects were flawless. the custom hardwood cabinetry, beautiful tile work and fixtures were expertly installed within the established timelines. I am excited to get started on the powder room and master bath updates next week!
