We recently hired Build Design Center in Georgetown to remodel three bathrooms, and we could not be more pleased with the experience and the final results. From the beginning, the project was handled in a very professional and organized manner. Emre Kuzudisli, the Lead Designer, was extremely helpful during the design phase. He took the time to understand what we wanted, guided us through the various selections, and helped ensure that the design was both beautiful and practical. His knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to the project gave us great confidence from the very beginning. Once construction began, Onur Balta, the Project Manager, did an outstanding job overseeing the work. He was professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the entire process. He made sure that the work progressed according to the plans and specifications that had been discussed during the design phase and kept the project moving in an efficient and organized manner. What impressed us most was that Build Design Center delivered what they promised. The three bathrooms were completed according to the agreed-upon project, with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. The finished results are beautiful, functional, and exactly what we were hoping to achieve. We would especially like to recognize Emre and Onur for their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to making our project successful. They were both excellent to work with and played an important role in making the entire remodeling process a positive experience. We highly recommend Build Design Center in Georgetown to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation. They are a company that stands behind its work, keeps its commitments, and delivers the results promised.

The team at Build Design Center in Georgetown just competed two additional bathroom projects for us that are both beautiful and functional (unlike what they replaced!) We met with Emre at their design studio and within 90 minutes we had picked out all the fixtures, stone & accessories and Emre created the plans with us for both our Master Bathroom and for our guest Powder Room. Onur was our Project Manager and was always hands-on as he managed the complexities of the projects and kept to the committed timeline. The demolition and construction teams were tidy and efficient and built everything with perfect detail. We highly recommended Emre and his team. This was the second set of projects they have completed for us in the past 3 months as we were so pleased with the full bathroom renovation, the wet bar renovation, and the kitchen redesign we had done in December & January.

BDC did a great job on my kitchen and primary bath remodel in a DC condo. From the start of my conversation, Emre was very responsive setting up appointments and hearing and understanding my wants and needs. He provided the options and selections to make my dream come true for a spectacular finished product. Atabey project managed the condo association approval, permitting and demolition keeping me apprised of the activity and open issues. When DC finally issued permits (with a nudge from my councilwoman’s constituent services team) the project got started very quickly. Onur took over the project while atabey was out on paternity leave and took it over the finish line. While the knowledge transfer may have been a bit more detailed, we were able to overcome that quickly. Onur is very personable and very responsive to email and text messages. While the project took a bit longer than anticipated, the quality of work was good, Onur clearly explained the challenges and kept the team focused so that the follow-up punch list was relatively short. Scheduling to complete the open issues was easy and timely. Overall, this was a great experience resulting in a one of a kind result.

I am just finishing my kitchen and bathroom remodeling in Georgetown. With Emre’s design and Onur’s project management, it really couldn’t have been easier! I was not even in town for much of the project, but Onur was in constant communication with FaceTime updates so that we could iron out any problems as they came up.

Build design center did an excellent job with my bathroom. The design looks beautiful, and they were great to work with. They helped me choose materials that paired well together and the installation process was coordinated and efficient. I have used them for my bathroom and kitchen remodel and both look great
