5+++. Tom Curran Companies was outstanding to work with from start to finish. Over the years, we have worked with many different contractors, and we can honestly say that the team at Tom Curran Companies is the best of the best. They are highly professional, communicative, and responsive and quite simply, just a pleasure to work with. Our project stayed on track because they showed up on time and addressed unforeseen issues with a solution-oriented approach. They take great pride in the work that they do and this is evident in the quality of the painting, patching, floors, and repairs we had done. We will not hesitate to use them again for the next phase of our renovations - 2 bathrooms.

We hired Tom Curren Companies to renovate our 1950’s bathroom. We are very pleased with the results. We were also very impressed with their process. They began with a detailed design of the bathroom working with us to select the fixtures and define the scope of the project. Then they purchased everything they needed and when it had all arrived, they began the demolition and reconstruction. The demolition and construction was performed by very pleasant and proficient brothers who are true craftsmen. They performed the demolition in a couple of days, minimizing the dust and mess in the rest of the house. Then they began the reconstruction. Tom Curren Companies moved the trades through in an efficient manner keeping the job moving forward. The trades were all skilled, polite, and cleaned up the work area every day keeping the rest of the house clean and livable. The Tom Curren project manager, John Potsidis, did an excellent job, answered all our questions, and took the time we needed to answer our questions completely.

We are happy when Tim Curran Company can do work for us; we’ve had projects with them several times. Leo and Andre (carpenters) and Eagle Pro Painters worked hard and communicated well with us. Marc oversaw the projects and was always available for checking in. Friendly and forthright! Thanks.

Tom Curren Companies’ staff is skilled and professional from first contact thru completion of the punch list. The contract was detailed and complete in what was and wasn’t included in the project, including price and assumptions. Curren’s day-to-day onsite project leader was an excellent communicator with us (the client) and the subcontractor tradesmen. Evident was a strong Curren team working in the background. We are very pleased with the final result.

We had a large structural project that involved removing an exterior wall and installing a steel beam for support in our dining room/kitchen area. It was a big job that took 3 months to complete. Overall, we are very happy with the work Tom Curren provided. Their communication was excellent and they were flexible with our schedule and large unfriendly dog. Our project ran relatively seamlessly and when a challenge did come up they were always proactive about addressing our concerns. Their interior finishes improved the look of our home and gave us piece of mind that our home was finally structurally sound. I would absolutely recommend them for dependable contracting work.
