We recently had JMR Home replace the roof on our house, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. We were always kept informed, and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. Both the Office Project Manager and the Onsite Project Manager were fantastic—professional, organized, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right. The quality of the work speaks for itself. The roof looks great, and the job was completed efficiently without any issues. It’s clear that JMR Home takes pride in their work and values their customers. We’re very happy with the results and the overall experience. I will absolutely recommend JMR Home to all my friends and family, and we’re already planning to have them handle our kitchen next. Highly recommend!

I had no idea how lucky I was to select JMR Home Services! They were timely, efficient, friendly, professional and cleaned up all mess made. David, my contact, was available! Roger and G were so talented at their work. Valentina responded any time I asked a question. I will use them again.

I highly recommend JMR Home Services. Great experience start to finish! Workers always arrived as expected and explained work to be done, and cleaned up perfectly each day before leaving. Weekly visit from Project Manager, Ronnie and contact with Andrea Castillo, office project manager daily. She was very patient with me and worked on my schedule which was very sporadic at times. JMR & Employees were a pleasure to work with, and I love my new bathroom!

We chose JMR because of their friendly and knowledgeable estimate person Ronniey, and their excellent reviews and references. The Ronald Group was assigned to do a full renovation of our master bathroom. They did a terrific job! Ronald and Steven communicated very well with us, and worked long and hard to make sure our bathroom became exactly what we wanted and needed. Our only glitch was with Governor Glass, the company they hired to make and install our shower glass surround… they did a poor job installing the surround, and had to re-do it several times, delaying our completion by more than a month. The glass guys did not communicate well with us, “blew off” appointments, and were more the typical folks who give contractors a bad name. Apart from them, JMR was excellent and I recommend them highly to anyone looking for expert remodeling! Props to our team, the Ronald Group, for doing a fantastic job and being kind and funny as well! Update: it’s been nearly a year and a half since our master bathroom full renovation. Everything looks beautiful and works properly! We are enjoying our JMR renovation so much!

I absolutely love this company and have used them to fully remodel many of my properties.
