“I requested numerous times to have before and after pics sent to me since I don't ever plan on entering the attic. Upon each request, I was sent an invoice. When I replied back requesting pics again, they responded back with "you were sent an invoice". I spent a lot of money to have this work done and still don't understand their refusing to send pics of their work. So, no I would not recommend this company. Fun fact, 3 different Neighbors stopped by to ask about my experience because they were planning on having their houses re-insulated, 2 out of the 3 went with different companies.”

“The installation crew were outstanding. They described in detail what was to be accomplished and answered all my questions satisfactorily. During the initial visit from the customer service representative, it would have been beneficial to know the options for the solar roof vent. I would have asked for the Wi-Fi adapter so that it could have been installed.”
