Very professional, well-organized company. Being able to have a conversation about what is needed or not needed was wonderful. They took away our stress and fear and replaced it with knowledge. Also, their bid was much more reasonable than the one we got from a national company. We feel really thankful that Insulation Commandos can remove and replace misbehaving Insulation while helping people save on energy bills and have peace of mind!

He honored everything he promised and delivered exactly what he said he would. I received four different quotes, and not only was Doug the most professional, but he also offered the best pricing. Thank you to Doug/Wally and his team at Insulation Commandos of North Dallas. Like everyone else, I spent a good amount of time researching the perfect insulation company before making the choice. I decided on Commandos because of the outstanding reviews. I'm glad that I can add on to it. The entire process was quick and painless. Wally showed up for the initial estimate and then after reviewing our choices, we decided to go with the fiber glass option. It's been about a week and we already noticed a huge difference in how little our A/C is running. I'm really thankful we did this before it got too hot and now I'm not as worried for the Texas summer months. I'm just blown away at the difference properly installed insulation (professional cleaning and sealing) can do. And by the way, our attic did previously have both rock wool and fiber glass, but it was done poorly. Everyone we've spoken to here has been extremely courteous, professional, and friendly. If you're on the fence, I'd go with these guys. And yeah, the Veteran-owned is always a plus.

Wally and Martha were very attentive throughout the entire project. They made sure everything was completed as promised, and the crew was professional and courteous. We chose rock wool insulation, and the improvement in temperature consistency throughout our home is very noticeable. I highly recommend this company for their quality work and excellent customer service.

After receiving several quotes, Insulation Commandos stole the show. They have a slick presentation explaining the process…almost too slick, lol, but we couldn’t be happier choosing this company to install Rock Wool Insulation in our newly purchased home. Considering the access they have to your house, it was important that everyone was trust-worthy, courteous, and passed the German Shepherd sniff test…all passed with flying colors. The crew did a great job sealing everything and making it look as pretty as it was effective. Their pricing was also extremely fair, literally coming in at half the price of at least one other competitor. I do not predict needing their service for many years, but when I do have an insulation issue, these guys will be the first call I make.
