VL builders, I liked them so much, I hired them again. The process was very smooth and stress free. Any problems that come up were immediately taken care of by Nick and Jason. Everyone was so professional. I am retired and was home for much of the kitchen renovation. I did not feel bothered by the kind people working in my home. I have my own taste and Kaitlyn could almost read my mind when finding the unique finishes I like. The work was extensive, we combined a dinning room with a kitchen, removed walls, added a HVACsystem. All of this was done within the time line initially presented. My kitchen is just beautiful, and I am picky.

VL Builders exceeded our expectations with our home renovation! The team was professional, easy to communicate with, and kept everything on track from start to finish. Review for Design First Kitchen & Bathroom (DFKB) and VL Construction From start to finish, our experience with Design First Kitchen & Bathroom and VL Builders was nothing short of exceptional. It’s rare to hear the words “on time and on budget” when it comes to a remodel, but that’s exactly what we experienced... and more. We began our design search last November and immediately loved DFKB’s approach: design first, then partner with a trusted builder to bring the vision to life. Their husband-and-wife team was fantastic to work with. One focused on the big-picture layout and flow, while the other worked their design magic to make the space truly shine. We collaborated from March through May to finalize designs for our kitchen, powder room, and owner’s bathroom. Sheri’s eye for color, fabrics, and tile is incredible. She transformed our home into something vibrant, relaxing, and highly functional. For the build, we partnered with VL Builders, and they were equally impressive. Victor, the owner, is detail-oriented and organized, and Nick, the project manager for our renovation, provided a clear, thorough timeline of what would happen and when. Even when we could not be onsite to communicate directly, we felt completely confident thanks to VL’s detailed plans and DFKB acting as our proxy. Sheri represented our vision perfectly and handled any on-the-spot adjustments with ease. VL’s change process (though structured with a $500 fee per change) was a blessing. It kept the project on track and helped us stay committed. We only had one change order, which they managed flawlessly, even coordinating an additional permit and vendor. If I could provide some best-practices for having a good, home-renovation experience it would be this • Move out of the space if possible, even if for only part of the renovation o Living in a work site sucks...for everyone. You can probably share the space during the renovation but planning the work during a vacation or during the summer (when you may be traveling) is best • Respond to questions in a timely manner (shoot for next day) o Try to ensure that the design/ contractor is not waiting on your answer...some questions are tough, but ‘returning serve’ helps the project continue to move forward in a timely manner • Be judicious with change orders o Depending on the size/scope of the change, this can definitely affect price and timeline. Consider whether the change order could be phase 2 of the work...and done at a different time The project finished on time, on budget, and with outstanding quality. Punch list items were minimal and resolved quickly. Today, our home feels like a completely new space, a massive upgrade from the 1980s finishes we started with. We couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a team that delivers professionalism, creativity, and reliability, DFKB and VL Builders are the real deal. Highly recommended!

Victor and his team at VL are excellent providers of turnkey remodeling projects. From concept to completion, these folks know exactly what it takes to make your dream a reality. As the owner of a design/build firm myself, I know how hard it is to deliver the kind of consistent quality that defines a VL project. Victor truly cares about his clients, employees, and trade partners. They're fighting the "good fight", raising the bar for this industry and doing business the way it should be done. Make sure you give them a look if you're considering a custom remodel project, you won't be disappointed!

It was a pleasure working with the Integrity Installations team. They were able to transform our awkward 1 1/2 bathroom into two amazing bathrooms. They did a great job staying on budget and on time. The only change orders that came up were around insulation, warped floorboards and leveling the floors for the tile to be installed which were all understandable. While also doing our bathrooms, we also tacked on installing all new doors in the house (12+ doors and closets) so everything would match. They did an excellent job on the doors for a very fair price. We were initially reluctant to work with a turnkey company, since we like to be involved in all decisions but we felt involved in most, if not all, the decisions. We appreciate all the hard work and dedication from the entire team. Thank you
