If your team has corrected an issue for a client who has already completed their survey, Best Pick Reports offers resurvey options at no additional cost.
How to Request a Resurvey
There are two methods available:
Method 1: Email Submission
Contact the homeowner with a follow-up email to confirm satisfaction and request resubmission of satisfaction scores. Once received, forward the homeowner's email (with their permission) to your Account Manager or to [email protected].
Method 2: Direct Contact
Ask the homeowner to contact Best Pick Reports' toll-free survey line at (844) 585-1199 at their convenience.
Important Requirements
We must have either direct verbal or written communication from the homeowner to resend a survey. This ensures clear permission before proceeding with a resurvey request.
Survey Attempt Policy
Best Pick Reports will make one additional attempt per resurvey request. When submitting a request, indicate the homeowner's preferred contact method and optimal time of day to reach them. If no preference exists, they default to the original survey completion method.
Results
Upon completion, the new feedback replaces the original feedback in the system.
