Is there a difference between phone leads and form leads?
Both phone and form leads through Best Pick Reports are charged according to your contract with us.
How do I know if a lead is from a call or form?
All leads appear in your Business Performance Center, and form submissions are tagged as "Email."
Are the quality of leads different?
Lead quality should be comparable between channels. The primary distinction is timing -- follow up on any form leads within two hours for optimal conversion.
Can I choose to turn off form leads?
While Best Pick Reports encourages lead diversification, you have control through:
- Selecting specific days and times for lead receipt
- Setting daily lead limits
- Pausing or resuming particular service lines and geographic zones
- Routing all forms through a Call Verifying service
