“Do not believe that the “experienced technician” that spent several hours diagnosing my boiler by bleeding air from system needed an additional 15 minutes the next day to tell me the boiler was broken and wasn’t repairable thus needed replaced. Technician claimed to have replaced circulation pump.... never informed of the needed repair and no evidence to their claim of said repair was provided. Was charged over $800 for for a technician to bleed airlines... Won’t be using Ravinia again.”
