John Carlo was excellent painter and you could tell he had a lot of experience in painting. Job was finished in one day complete with power washing the wall on my pool deck, painting the base coat let dry and the the color coat which matched perfectly considering the wall had not been painted in 15 years..Best of all wife came home and was happy as she question my choice of using Handyman company..Also I got 3 bids from paint company from on google and they had the best price. Highly recommended and I will use them again in the future

Representative came out quickly. Professional, friendly and seemed concerned about the project. Started on the day scheduled. Friendly workers. Pricey for quality of work and we hired for three projects and not one was completed. I had to paint the door frames, pay to have a damaged tile repaired, paint the walls after drywall work, retexture walls around replaced doors, and did not put barn door back as it was leaving me to install missing screws. I'm currently waiting for exterior paint touch ups to be done. It looks like I'll be doing this as well.

Our wrap-around deck was in total disrepair and a number of companies wouldn't even give us an estimate but the Handyman Company came out after our first call (which was answered immediately) gave us a very fair estimate and completed the job 2 days later. The work was first rate and the craftsman, Onasis, was very professional and courteous. We will definitely call again for our next project.

I had a hard time finding someone both qualified and willing to do build-back work (furring strips, vapor barrier, drywall and texture) following mold remediation in my living room. The Handyman Company was very responsive so I went with them. They scheduled someone to come out to start the job within a couple of days of me accepting the proposal. Patrick worked full days and did a lot of work to put everything back so you could barely tell the walls had been cut out and gutted. He kept everything very clean throughout the process. I recommend Patrick. I attached a photo of a portion of the finished job. (Priming and painting wasn’t in the scope of work. I’m doing that myself.) The only complaint I have is the person who quoted the job (not Patrick) under-quoted materials by a lot. The actual materials I was billed for were more than double the estimate, but I looked at the receipts and the overages were bad estimating, not bad purchases. Edit: Within a few days of job completion several of the drywall seams cracked. I called The Handyman Company for a warranty claim. They sent Patrick back out to fix it. I asked Patrick to remove the mesh tape that he used on those seams and replace it with the paper tape that I already had. He said that was too much work and he wasn't going to do that. Instead he caulked the cracks, which I'm not pleased with.

I had a fantastic experience working with The Handyman Company in Orlando. They sent a Craftsman named Patrick J. to my home to repair the base of the guest bathroom toilet and a picnic table that needed reinforcement and painting. He showed up right on time, came fully prepared, and got straight to work. What I appreciated most was how professional, friendly, and detail-oriented he was. Patrick took special care to clean and remove the previous material that held the toilet in place. He then installed all new material. The project was immaculate. Patrick then went to my backyard and completed the picnic table repairs. The results were excellent—everything looks and works perfectly now. His pricing was fair; he cleaned up thoroughly after the job and even took the time to explain what he was doing so I’d know how to maintain it. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and skilled these days, and I’ll definitely be calling him and The Handyman Company again for future projects. Highly recommended!
