JW has always been spot on for our projects and repairs. When we called about a possible leak with floor damage, Josh came over a couple of days later and gave us a written estimate for labor that covered a few different scenarios. Also, explained this estimate did not include materials due to the unknown damage. He gave flooring recommendations, once we found what we liked, we sent the info to them. Javier came to evaluate the issue and what materials he would need, saying Amanda (project coordinator) would call with the repair date after the flooring was received. Janice, from billing was great with letting us know what payments were and the due dates. Soon, Javier was back and uncovered the damage, always showing and explaining the problems and resolutions. Fast, efficient, professional company that was always available when needed! Thank you for your wonderful work!! Javier, Amanda, Josh Metz and Janice !!! I will add that Rocket (see pics) was happy to inspect the finished product!!

Amanda, Jim, Javier, David, Josue, Janice and the WHOLE team absolutely transformed my mom’s condo into stellar and beautiful condition to be sold. Working within our budget, Jesse and Christian helped us to remove 25 years of “lived in” and make the space sparkle. I would like to specifically highlight David and his team for their true attention to detail and commitment to helping us make this a sellable space. Highly recommend JW Home Improvement (we have worked with them many times before and will continue to!!!)

The customer service experience was excellent. Luis and Pedro were professional, attentive, and showed great empathy in understanding my situation. Although the pricing was higher than expected and the wait time longer than ideal given the urgency, the quality of service made a big difference. The support provided in person, over the phone, and with the prompt HOA letter request was outstanding and outweighed those concerns. As a first-time customer, I was left with a strong positive impression and would recommend your services.

Cesar and Jimmy did a fantastic job on our powder room renovation as well as several other jobs we had throughout our house, including several dry wall repairs and paint retouching, grout work and fixing several broken handles and door knobs in our home. Cesar and Jimmy were very easy to work with and communicated well about what they were doing and worked around our busy family of 5 to get the work done with minimal disruption to our schedules. Couldn’t recommend them more!

JWHI did an excellent job from the start to the end, with a variety of home improvements. 1) Jesse and Chris did the estimates, they paid attention to all the details, took pictures to make sure work done right. Explained their estimates and scopes clearly. 2) 2 technicians were punctual, efficient, skillful, professional and polite. They always arriving on time, neatly preparing for work, leaving the work area clean when finished work everyday. 3) Mark not only replaced the broken screen door, and suggested to use PVC door frame to replace the rotted wooden door frame. The PVC frame would last much longer and low maintenance. Painted the inside door to match with security screen door. The new door is stunning . 4) Edniy fixed broken ceiling and dry wall, and fresh painted bathroom. This was a mess job, he covered everything from up to floor, worked diligently, made everything look easy and clean. 5) The bottom line was the results, their work exceeded my expectation. 6) I have such delightful experiences, everyone is going above and beyond doing exceptional work, and truly caring for the job and customers. I highly recommend JWHI.
