I was looking to remodel my bathroom a few months ago, and so got a quote from House Doctors, who had done a good job with various handyman projects in the past. They offered me a fair price and I couldn't be happier with the result. Eddie, the lead technician was experienced and knowledgeable, and kept me informed of the status and any concern areas every step of the way. Chris who helped, was professional and did an excellent job on the tile work. They also came when they said they would to ensure the job was done in a timely manner. They were easy to work and in my smallish house, did their best to keep the area tidy during off hours. Finally, Georgia, the office manager, was personable, efficient and timely during the planning phase. I am very pleased with the overall experience, and highly recommend House Doctors for a remodel project or for any other home improvement needs you have.

I used House Doctors to install 4 new outdoor garage lamps, a front yard lantern and a new porch light. They also replaced a bad wall outlet and hung a new curtain rod for us. I couldn't be happier with the services provided by Angel. He arrived on time, was courteous and most importantly was skilled and efficient finishing all tasks in 3 hours. The entire process of ordering the services and paying online was seamless and professional. They will be my "go to" handyman for any services in the future.

Repair door trim: The scheduling was easy and they came on time. The work finished even earlier than they estimated. Edit 2023 We used House doctors again this year to repair some lattice under the deck. Eddie came on time and even did some additional work that was not in the estimate and finished everything still within the estimate.

House Doctors of Manassas did work for me in 2020 and again in 2025. Both times I had excellent experiences with them. The work in 2020 was straightforward. I needed kitchen ceiling wallboard replaced where water had leaked down next to a wall and soffit board replaced below the roof overhang near the chimney. The man came, did a terrific job, and I paid the bill. Very smooth. The recent job was much more complicated, and I did not know at the beginning what the problem was. Tom, who runs House Doctors of Manassas, and Eddie, a very experienced guy, worked with me to figure out the problem and decide upon the next steps. They were very knowledgeable, gave me options, and accepted any choices that I made even when some were the cheaper choices. Eddie came parts of three days, and a younger guy, Christopher, came parts of two other days. They worked diligently and intelligently. Both men came when they were supposed to come. They were pleasant to have around. Georgia handled the scheduling and billing and was easy to work with on the project. For the excellent work they did, I believe that House Doctors' price was fair. I will call them again when I need their expertise to get a job done.
